help! i can not install 64 bit Boinc 7.10.2

i am not very computor Literate ___ but here goes:

windows 64 bit home

BOINC 64 bit ___ 7.10.2

help! i can not install 64 bit Boinc 7.10.2

i get the following error message:

Error 1304

waiting to file: C:\program files\BOINC\sqlite3 dll\verify that you have access to that directory.


how do I do that ?

or could i go back to a previous version Windows 64 bit BOINC

i am sorry. what should i do ?

So turn off your AV when you are trying to install.
