whats the different between OpenCL Nvidia Sog, Cuda42 and Cuda50 WU`s?

CUDA42 & 50 are older applications for Nvidia GPUs. SoG is a more recent one, and much better at processing the current GBT (Green Bank Telescope) WUs and the Arecibo VLAR (Very Low Angle Range) WUs.

There is NO difference between those work units, what you are seeing are the names for applications to process the MultiBeam data using the same algorithm, but implemented using different coding techniques for your GPU.
There is a different type of work unit - the AstoPulse - if you look at the task name for one of these (if you are are lucky enough to get one) you will see the first two letters are "ap".
