A few minutes ago, at 11:11 pm, EST, I turned fifty years old. I have my birth certificate, and the time recorded on it was 11:11 pm, June 26th, 1968. Cheers to me, lol. ;~)

Thanks Byron and Wiggo.

First time I've ever heard of a CO2 shortage:

I agree, betreger. The tap water here in Louisville is excellent. I never buy bottled water. Just bottled beer.
Yes.
Here the tap water is excellent as well.
Still many buy bottled water that cost you about hundred times more and you have to carry the water by your self.
Bottled beer is however a different thing.
Unless you make pipes to your home of course:)

That's a good idea! Draft beer flowing to the home. Nobody would ever leave! Lol

A beer pipeline. It sounds like an ale lover's wildest dream.
It's no longer a fantasy in the Belgian city of Bruges, where the world's first beer pipeline opened last week.

The two-mile pipe connects the Halve Maan brewery in the city's historic center with a bottling plant in the suburbs.

I think many have thought about how to "tap in" to the pipeline by building some extension pipes:)

G'morning everyone, from another very frosty start in the highlands down under.

After another busy week I'm now going to spend this weekend relaxing.

Anyhow, after I finish this coffee I'm going to get back to that relaxing for another 3hrs until Beer O'clock arrives, then I'll relax some more with a few beers.

Have a good weekend.

Cheers.

Happy Birthday, Scott!

Speaking of bourbon, a big warehouse of aging barrels collapsed recently in Bardstown, KY, which is about an hour from me. Picture copyright - June 23, 2018 Michael Clevenger, Courier Journal:

G'morning everyone, from a slightly damp Sunday morning in the highlands down under.

Happy Birthday Scott, enjoy your Bourbon.

I guess that a new shed is in the planning there Gordon.

I miss Grant.
Yes he is being missed and I especially miss the late night chats we use to have.

Cheers.

Thank you, Mike; it was a nice day.

As far as that bourbon shed, whew! I bet some of those barrels mysteriously rolled away...

Oops... more birthdays I'm late for.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVERYONE!!

I hope everyone had a lovely one :)

I miss Grant too :( It's been such a long time since I was up to date on threads, and trying to catch up keeps popping me on pages with posts from him, and celttooth too :( so it's proving a slow and very bittersweet process. It's so good to see you all though :)
