Hi there Byron, I hope that you have been well. I must admit that I havn't had a good week myself, but I'm getting better and hopefully I can bottle up the brew that is ready in the next day or 3. Anyhow I myself am about to take a 10hr pill and hit the sack myself (boy do I hate sleeping on my back).. :-( Sleep well mate. ;-) Cheers. |

G'morning everyone, from a cool, wind and slightly damp start in the highlands down under. Well it's a good morning to bottle more beer and once I finish this coffee break the heat will be on so that I can sterilise the bottles. Cheers. |

G'morning everyone, from another cool, windy and slightly damp start in the highlands down under (though something more than the odd drizzle patch would be nicer). Seeing as it's another good morning here to turn the heat on again in my brewroom I've just sterilised both of my brew kits so I'll have both a beer and a spirit brew down by the time that Beer O'clock comes around. Cheers. |

G'morning everyone, from another cool and windy start in the highlands down under. Hi Byron, yes the trees here are donning their autumn colours now. The smell of yeast farts is heavy here this morning and after I finish this coffee I'll be sealing those 2 brews up as they should've degassed enough by now to do so. [edit] They're sealed now and the airlocks are popping like crazy. Cheers. |

G'day everyone, from another ordinary day in the highlands down under. That's good to hear Steve. A mate and myself enjoyed a several beers after servicing the whirlybirds on the roofs here this morning. Another 2 more days and I'll be bottling that beer brew I put down last week. Cheers. |

G'morning everyone, from an overcast and windy start in the highlands down under. It maybe cool here, but it's a great day for bottling that beer brew that I put down last week and after I finish this coffee I'll be boiling water to sterilise 6doz. 750ml bottles that are waiting to be filled. Once that's all done it'll be time for pre-weekend Beer O'clock. Cheers. |

Well that another 6 cartons of beer in stock making 30 cartons all up now (I'll need to empty 4 of them before another beer brew gets put down), though I'll likely get another 15kgs of sugar tomorrow and put another spirit wash down. I'll also see if I can get a couple of cans Ginger Beer starter while I'm in town to get that stock back up again once I've done that other spirit wash that's near ready to do. Anyhow, it's time to head up the hill to socialise over a few beers. Cheers. |

G'morning everyone, from what will be a return to summer temps in the highlands down under. It was certainly an epic Byron. Well I couldn't leave an empty brew kit alone so it's sterilising while I have a coffee break after being across the road to get the sugar for another spirit wash. Saturday Beer O'clock will be here in 3hrs. Enjoy your weekend. Cheers. |

G'morning everyone, from another hot and muggy day in the highlands down under. There nothing like the smell of yeast farts of a morning. Well yesterday's brew is now sealed and now I'm just waiting on last week's spirit wash to be ready for processing. Just 100mins to go here for Sunday Beer O'clock (I'll need the fluid by then with the sweat pouring out of me already). Cheers. |
