This may be a newbie question but somehow, I've unable to get out
of Gamma-ray pulsar search #5 in Boinc, and back to Seti@home.

The Einstein and Seti selections show up in Projects at the bottom of
the screen, but selecting Seti@home has no effect in the Task selections
at the top of the app, and only two selections appear both Gamma-ray.

Any ideas on what's happening with this and how this happened?

Are you looking at the basic view of BOINC or the advance view?

Go to view and pull down, change it to advance

Once in the advance, click on projects, highlight Einstein. To the left there should be a button, click no new task. That should stop any new work from downloading

Now if I can figure out why my profile photo won't show...
