After a spring like start yesterday (4C) we're back to winter this morning (-3C, but feels like -6C), though 19C is expected here today.

Cheers.

The weekly forecast at this stage is for it to warm up over the next few days (23°c min), then cool back down again next weekend (20°c).
The humidity has already increased a bit, but it's still got a long way to go to become excessive again.

Winter put in a reminder that it's still here with a frosty -6C (felt like -9C), but we are expecting a sunny 15C (less what that SW wind will be knocking off).

Cheers.

Similar story here.
All this dry the maximums have been slightly higher than usual, and the minimums quite a bit higher and by now it's usually starting to warm up a bit. While the Sun is getting a bit more bite to it, not only was this morning very cool, but it hasn't warmed up much as the day's progressed (still only around 27°) and the forecasts for the rest of the week are minimums of 20°c or lower.

I think the dry is coming to an end. It was a cool morning again, but the Sun is definitely getting more bite & it's not only warmed up, but the humidity has kicked up a bit today.

And is see the fire season down south has already started. It's not looking good at all.

The UV index down South is starting to move up now, and should see a gradual rise in temps over next 6 weeks, Spring flowers are beginning to show..

Well they has snow in town last night (a 40km drive south) while we kicked off here at 0C, as the wind knocked 7C off that, and 12C is our expected max.

At noon here it was 10C while that wind continued to knock 7C off (the solar heating does have the shed at a nice 20C ATM).

Cheers.

Things must be bad if you're calling 20°c nice.
It got down to 24°c here last night, and it was plenty cold enough going to work on the motor bike.

Well this morning is another cold start at -6C (felt like -11C), but we are expected to reach 17C here.

I'll also be getting all my outside jobs done (including a load of washing) today as we're expecting a few wet days.

Cheers.

Hey Wiggo, have you got much of that rain?

Dry season is still hanging on here- chance of a shower about on Monday, and although the Sun continues to get a bit more bite the temperatures are still staying pretty low (21°-32°c range).

We received 28.5mm over 3 days of gentle rain (no topsoil was lost) for a 244.5mm total so far this year, but we need a lot more of it to get anywhere near the next driest year that I've been here for (we need to triple what we got so far to edge that year out).

Cheers.
