HOUSTON (AP) — A U.S. Border Patrol agent suspected of killing four women was arrested early Saturday after a fifth woman who had been abducted managed to escape from him and notify authorities, law enforcement officials said, describing the agent as a “serial killer.”

Another example that Psychological Tests, Intensive Background Checks, Lie Detection Machines and all other attempts to weed out these types from any occupation.

Will not, at this point in time, be 100% successful.

Oh absolutely, like shooting people holding a mobile phone, a cameraman because the camera "looked" like a gun, an unarmed off duty cop outside his home, 10 boys in blue murdering an unarmed citizen over selling cigarettes, murdering an unarmed citizen in his own home. Definitely "limited abilities" so JUST how did those with "limited abilities" become cops? Did those who train them themselves were of "limited abilities"?

At least I'm able to "run away" unlike many "unarmed" citizens when facing corrupt cops & those with "limited abilities" who are scared of their own shadows.

...& then there are those with "limited abilities" whose only aim in life was to ignore their motto of "To serve & protect" by using their uniform, badge & gun to get rich quick. Done by selling drugs & guns obtained in busts & also making sure that any "criminal" rivals are taken out of the picture by fitting up or murder. When an "honest" cop got to close, had him murdered.

To date, it still has not been determined just how far up the chain of command that corruption went within Baltimore PD.

...& then there was one with "limited ability" but with immense cunning who evaded the clutches of genuine LEO's for over 30 years who committed robberies, rapes & murders, who if it wasn't for scientific improvements would have remained hidden. Not much compensation for his victims, but at least they got closure.

Long Beach, Southern California - Al Jazeera's Investigative Unit has discovered that a self-deleting messaging app called Tiger Text has been adopted by at least one US police department, which may have used it to share sensitive and potentially incriminating information that they wouldn't want to be disclosed to a court.

Current and former officers from the Long Beach Police Department in Southern California have told Al Jazeera that their police-issued phones had Tiger Text installed on them.

The Tiger Text app is designed to erase text messages after a set time period. Once the messages have been deleted, they cannot be retrieved - even through forensic analysis of the phone.

The police officers who spoke with Al Jazeera said the confidential messaging system was used to share details of police operations and sensitive personnel issues.

Two of the officers claimed that they were also instructed by their superiors to use the app to "have conversations with other officers that wouldn't be discoverable".
