Newsbeat has asked the National Police Chief's Council when stop and account was introduced, but as yet it has not responded.

Well, he seems to support Rump and as we all know Rump thinks the entire world is or should be America, so it is no surprise he applies American laws in the UK.

How can leaders behave in a moral & ethical manner when those they govern have neither as demonstrated by several posters. It seems their morals & ethics go out the window the moment they're caught with their pants down!

Whatever reason you are stopped. Even if you don't agree and you may be incorrect in your belief. Comply with all police orders, and later make the complaint.
