Tutankhamon, I only have 1 computer and got 18 AP's myself, you sound either pi$$ed off or jealous that others get a lot.
I think good on anyone who can get AP work, you wont here me moan about who gets what..

A whole lot of mucking about for no real gain IMHO.
I'n not sure about that. It seems the server is more willing to hand out AP tasks if the turn around time is quicker for them than MB tasks.

I find that my slow computers get many more APs than does my Ryzen computer. I have never been able to figure that out as the Ryzen is asking for WUs every 5 minutes while some of slower ones only ask every 15 minutes or so. So faster does not seem to mean more APs in my opinion.
Got 8 here on the 9th UTC.

Been a while since checking my results list, and I noticed that the payout for AP work has dropped noticeably.
Last time I checked it was a bit over 500 (for the "average" WU), now it's barely reaching 450.

I sometimes see in the server status page multibeam done but astropulse still being split for a tape. (sometimes the tape is in this state for several days). Is this a true representation i.e. Astropulse workunits are still being generated or is it some bug in the status page leaving them in this state?

There's a problem with the file or the splitters- it shows the channel as being slit, but none of the splitters are actually running. So nothing is being split, so it just sits there.

There is one in the this sate right now, multi beam done Astropulse still splitting according to the server status page. This is a problem with the file or the splitters or has multibeam finish before Astropulse?

MB always finishes before AP (much, much higher splitting rate).
That particular AP file has been stuck for 3-4 days now (at least).

To be honest I thought it was the other way around because there is less work that comes from an AP tape. But I do agree the tape that is there has been stuck for some time
