The Recaptcha used by Seti@home is blocked in the place I work in China, how do I change my profile. I work in a government school and a VPN is not an option.

A willing admin or user you trust could do this one time update for you (but you'd have to make sure you change your setiathome password immediately afterward, and that too will prolly not be possible either because recaptcha). Send me a private message if you really, really have no other options (like using the TOR onion router or using someone else's TOR/VPN access). By the way, your profile (besides the buggy stats' badge) is great, so perhaps leaving it as it is could be one of your (simple & safest) options =:)

Changing passwords can be done without filling in a reCaptcha. You don't even need the old password.

What a 'trusted' person can look at though, is the account key... And with that they can easily log back in and take over the account, soon even delete it.

Didn't know/haven't tried that yet... At least there is an encrypted https security layer ! In spite of this, people usually just prefer to really fark things up by losing access to their old unupdated email accounts *sigh*...
