The attack on Syria was unsuccessful and hardly prevented the use of chemical weapons in the long run. This is what Stephen Blank, Security Policy Expert in Washington says, to SVT's Agenda.
Russia, which supports the Syrian regime military, and the country's president, Bashar al-Assad, has basically free hands in Syria, Blank says.
