I set 2 machines to not grab any new tasks while the server issues are going on. They finished all work so I shut them off. Check the web and 1 of them still has 1 more task to complete. Looks like that has been reported on this thread already.

Funny thing is, 1 of my other machines has 201 tasks when the hard limit is 200 for it. I wish I could figure out how to get past that hard limit since it runs out of CPU tasks every Tuesday :-)

The database server might have just finished whatever it was doing, after three hours or so. Got about 70 tasks in two requests, to fill the cache on that machine.

Either that or Eric got up, got my message and kicked something.
I am getting new work here as well.

Works perfectly. No problems whatsoever.....

Nah, just kidding. I haven't received any new tasks for over 2 hours now. :-)

Edit: And as usual when I post about it, within minutes I got this :

SETI@home 2018-04-01 15:41:44 Requesting new tasks for CPU and NVIDIA GPU and Intel GPU
SETI@home 2018-04-01 15:41:48 Scheduler request completed: got 33 new tasks

. . Maybe this forum is like Dr Who's psychic paper ..........

. . My 2 Linux boxes have now refilled their caches over the last half dozen requests, but my Windows box is still getting a resolute "nah, go away!" from the servers.

The database can handle users and their message boards, or it can handle workunits and data.

But it can't walk and chew gum at the same time?

Impossible to pull the status page on any of my Hosts. Just look at spinner endlessly until the browser says the site never responded. I'm sure this is because of the huge number of results on each host that still haven't been purged. The last time I could see any host, the two Linux hosts had 11K and 12K of task results listed. They must be even higher by today.

It took about 3 minutes for this thread to load. I still have not connected to any of my Hosts stats pages.

[Edit] Still spinning after 5 minutes waiting on Host 8480062

This Host had over 12,000 tasks assigned to it in the database with over 8000 Valid and 4000 Awaiting Validation tasks not purged yet, the last time I could get the page to populate.

Nope.
Still 8.9 million. Better than it was (10 million+) but still nowhere near where it should be (4 or less).
