Suzie, I thought you dealt with raccoons in the house. I don't really have a choice at this point. The cats are dependent on the doggy door. They come and go at all hours. If I locked the doggy door at night, some would be locked outside and some would be locked inside. Mentally, I can't deal with that. I have too many cats to close them all inside. I tried that once when my neighbor put out a trap. It was insanity, and another thing I couldn't deal with, mentally. I honestly wish I could close the doggy door. I wish I didn't have cats. (I used to love them. Now, not so much.) I've accepted my life and I deal with it. At least the raccoons are not tearing up my attic. ~Sue~ ID: 1969012 ·
