I checked 1 PC that is running, it's using local preference, I never remember setting that option. Going now to check all 6 PC, Thank you Jord for the clues.. It's definitely a "preferences" issue, I got a non-working PC to accept new work now. I manually deleted the local BOINC preferences config file and then started from scratch. It finally then went to get the web preferences. I have no idea how 3 would get stuck on a "straight" install and 3 would work fine. Oh well it's "Macroshaft" Windows..., Once again Jord thanks for your time and sending me a direction to go look...
