In the client on the Task tab I notice I no longer see the line saying if a task was using a CPU or a GPU core. Is this a client change or an option that I've hit somewhere? |

In the client on the Task tab I notice I no longer see the line saying if a task was using a CPU or a GPU core. Is this a client change or an option that I've hit somewhere? In Advanced view, in the Application column it will show if it is CPU or GPU. In the Manager check Options, Select columns and that in Tasks, Application is selected. Edit- if it is selected, check that columns haven't been resized. Grant Darwin NT |

All columns showing and I've stretched out everything but not seeing it. I thought it was in the Status column. Running 1.0 Intel CPU or 0.0012 CPU 1 NVIDIA Gpu (something like that, don't recall the exact format) |

All columns showing and I've stretched out everything but not seeing it. Yeah, it shows there as well. With the Tasks tab selected, the left hand Command column. Does the top one display "Show Active Tasks" or "Show all tasks?" If it says "Show all tasks" click on it to show everything (those being run, those waiting to run). If there are tasks there, but none of them showing Ready to start (1 CPU + 1 NVIDIA GPU (device 0)) (or whatever your values are) then you don't have any GPU work there to run. Looking at your account & computer details, that appears to be the case- you only have CPU work at present. Grant Darwin NT |

I think you got it. I looked back at my project settings and found that. I was trying to tweak some things and had unticked the boxes for nvidia GPU a little bit ago. For some reason every time I tried to update the project after doing that, it kept giving me a communication deferred so I didn't notice it taking effect until now (and when I'd apparently forgotten about it). Thanks for the help |
