Plans are in place to build a village in the Moscow region for conservative Americans and Canadians, according to a Russian state media outlet.

The Kremlin-backed RIA Novosti news agency on Thursday reported on the community that caters to expatriates with "traditional" values, writing that construction is expected to begin next year.
But can they be convinced to move?
Haha, that's a funny idea of Russian propaganda. I never understood one thing though. All Russian propaganda aims to portray Russia as a strong, great world power. But everyone can form their own picture of Russia: Look on Google Streetview. Make up your own mind about any city, any village outside of St. Petersburg and Moscow, whether you want to live there. Russia would do well to use the 21st century to modernize and develop its own country and bring it up to par with its neighboring countries in Europe, or e.g. China. And even Moscow isn't a modern city if you look at all those residential areas in the suburbs built in soviet era which need investments. 70 years of communism, and later Putin's mafia state, are not good for the building stock of a country that was already backwards 100 years ago. It takes decades of solid politics for one's own country, one's own population, legal certainty and private investment to modernize all of this. Luckily they don't have to pay world market prices for natural gas in cold Russia. This society would be doomed with this building stock otherwise.

What will PooTin do?

‘No option but to arrest him’: PooTin faces impossible diplomatic dilemma.

There’s a diplomatic time bomb quietly ticking away on Vladimir Putin’s desk, buried under the casualty reports, gloomy economic figures and other products of his failing invasion of Ukraine. It is not yet urgent, but it can’t be ignored forever.

In August, South Africa will host the BRICS Summit, an annual meeting with the leaders of Brazil, India, China and, crucially, Russia. Putin must decide whether or not to attend. It’s an impossible choice, in a sense, because both options carry risk.

On one side of the scales is the Russian President’s ego and already tarnished reputation. On the other is his freedom......

What will PooTin do?
He hasn't traveled by plane for some time, only in his protected special train, which looks like an ordinary Russian Railways train. He had railway lines and stations built close to his residences. He has identically furnished offices there, so that his exact whereabouts cannot be determined from photos or video conferences. And this paranoid, hyper-worried man is supposed to get on a Russian government plane to fly to South Africa? Where along then? West around Northern Europe across North and South Atlantic? Or east across Iran, Arabian Sea? Everywhere the U.S. Navy or the U.S. Air Force would not be far. Then a couple of F-16s or F-18s and a couple of Stratotankers accompany Putin's jet for many hours. They wave friendly to Putin's pilots. Can the Russian Air Force escort a government jet to South Africa? From which bases?

I can't imagine anything like that. Putin stays in his bunker until his final hour.

Is Pootin scared the joint NATO excercises will accidentally find some Russki's hiding in the fjords or off the Norwegian coastline?
World’s Biggest Warship Visits Oslo, Norway Angering Russia
The world’s biggest warship, the USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier, arrived in Oslo on Wednesday for a stopover criticized by neighboring Russia as an “illogical and harmful” show of force.

Putin will also not like the upcoming Air Defender 2023 exercise by German Luftwaffe and U.S. Air Force which begins June 12th.
https://simpleflying.com/air-defender-23-huge-military-airspace-excercise-june-2023/
Air Defender 23 will be the most significant military exercise ever carried out over the European skies. The event will take place from June 12th until June 23rd, involving the air forces of 25 nations.
[...]Air Defender 23 will represent the most extensive deployment exercise of air forces in the history of [...] NATO. The unprecedented event will involve up to 10,000 exercise participants who will train their flying skills with approximately 220 aircraft. The military exercise will take place in European airspace and under the command of the German Air Force, or Luftwaffe.
Air Defender 23 will see the arrival of 23 different aircraft types, including the F-35 of the Americans and Dutch, a NATO Awacs reconnaissance aircraft, and, for the first time ever, a Japanese Air Force transport aircraft. Of the 220 aircraft involved, 100 alone will be arriving from 35 states in the US.

They don't have to hide in the fjords. Lately, Russians bought property in Norway to build Russian Orthodox churches that happen to have perfect views of Norwegian military ports. The Patriarch of Russian Orthodox Church Kirill of Moscow is a long-time ally of Putin, a "committed nationalist of the imperial variety" and was (is?) an active KGB agent.

The port authorities should welcome their new neighbours by sending a Christmas gift of the traditional Norwegian holiday delicacy rakfisk.

That will get rid of them. :^)

Report: Russia Promising Cubans ‘Express’ Citizenship if They Fight in Ukraine
A group of at least 14 Cuban citizens reportedly signed contracts to enlist in Russia’s armed forces and fight in the ongoing invasion of Ukraine, the American Radio Televisión Martí (Written in Spanish) reported on Thursday, claiming Russia offered the Cubans a fast track towards Russian citizenship in exchange.

I wonder who the Russian people took this bit of news.

Millions of Chinese Troops 'Needed' in PooTin's War, Russian TV Host Says.

Now that would certainly trigger WWIII. :-O

I wonder if the Russian people realise that as well?

I don't think so. Chinese troops haven't triggered WWIII 1950 in Corea. Okay, General MacArthur suggested it, but the U.S. president fired him. But Chinese intervention left this grotesque, stalinistic stone-age dominion of the Kim family. Hopefully we won't get another hideous Russian dominion in Europe.

[EDIT:] Chinese trade relations to the West are nine...ten times the amount of Chinese-Russian trade. But we already witnessed that some autocrats don't care.

Prigozhin had better stay away from stairs, windows and strangers, that's if he survives at the front.

Prigoshyn has withdrawn his Wagner troups from the frontlines. He will be one of those who will push for Putin's power once the Russian public realizes an "acceptable" outcome in Ukraine becomes unlikely. Certainly Prigoshyn hasn't wasted the professional core of his Wagner fighters to prepare for this day. This career criminal is convinced the war will be won if only martial law is declared in Russia to mobilize all ressources. Is this old buddy of Putin's still loyal? Who knows... they are all the same morally corrupt characters of greedy thieves and criminals. All of them learned their "business" in Eastern Chicago: Leningrad/St. Petersburg of the 1990ies. Does the Russian Ministry of Defense knows the numbers of men, tanks, weapons Prigoshyn still controls, how much ammunition he hides? We have many former Soviet military training areas in East Germany. Ammunition, grenades, of every caliber, everywhere just under the turf; inaccessible restricted area. These people have a habit of not counting or registering such stuff. Scary prospects.

Only in historical retrospect will we find out whether Western intelligence services were able to assess the political situation there. Communist regimes have had a history of collapsing by surprise. Do we have a magic crystal ball somewhere?

As PooTin looks to be on shaky ground it seems that his orcs only know how to fight unarmed civilians.

At least 13 killed, dozens wounded in Russian air strikes on Syrian market.

At a meeting of Gangsters:

Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin met Russia's Vladimir Putin after mutiny
wrote:
... Prigozhin, who heads the Wagner mercenary group, was among 35 people invited to the meeting in Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov added.

He said that President Putin had given an "assessment" of the Ukraine war effort and the mutiny...

... "[Putin] also gave assessment to the 24 June events. Putin listened to the commanders' explanations and suggested variants of their future employment and their future use in combat."...

That is even the language of a Gangster meeting.

Stay safe folks!
