LOL:) Russia (Sputnik of course) has now reacted on the Stockholm Pride Parade. https://sputniknews.com/viral/201808061066987074-sweden-supreme-commander-lgbt/ The Swedish Armed Forces have invested heavily in this year's Pride and officially announced participation in eight different events in Stockholm and Gothenburg.Invested heavily? Lol:) They didn't. It's a small part of a recruiting campaign. |

Russia has never been, nor are now, friends to any peoples on their border.Actually Russia (post Soviet Union) has regarded Finland as a friend. But Putin changed all that when Russia annexed Crimea and intervening in Donbas. Now Finland doesn't have so many Russian ethnics, only 75,000. However Estonia has about 25% Russian ethnics with the eastern town Narva with more than 90%... As for Russian energy it is mostly Central Europe that want energy from Russia. Especially Germany that has closed down all their nuclear plants after the Fukushima disaster. The construction of Nordstream 2 has been a hot potato here within the Baltic Sea countries. For instance Russia and Germany wanted to build it on both the Swedish and Denmark economical zone. And Russia wanted that their construction team should work on Gotland and Karlshamn, Blekinge near Swedish military locations! Big No from both Denmark and Sweden. |

Could it be because Russian energy is much cheaper than other countries available to Germany? As for Russian energy it is mostly Central Europe that want energy from Russia. And Germany need a lot of energy to keep their industry and economy going. Energy that they by themself cannot produce. |

The Russian nuclear submarine "Orel" (Eagle) has practiced in the Baltic Sea with 24 cruise missiles on board, according to the news agency Tass. http://tass.ru/armiya-i-opk/5419359 The submarine is powered by two nuclear reactors and has previously suffered severe fires. As far as is known, it's the first time a Russian nuclear powered submarine with cruise missiles "Гранит" (Granite) capable to be equipped with nuclear weapons has been practiced in the Baltic Sea. According to the FOI's assessment, the submarine brought 4 nuclear warheads. Remaining missiles can be conventional warheads, according to FOI. https://www.svt.se/nyheter/inrikes/rysk-atomubat-med-kapacitet-for-24-karnvapenrobotar-ovade-i-ostersjon "Orel" is a sister ship to "Kursk", the nuclear submarine which sank in 2000 after a torpedo exploded on board and the entire crew of 118 people died. |

LOL:) Russia's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova captioned this "With my colleague from work." Here's another pic of them together she posted, it was on July 26 at a festival in Baku organised by Emin Agalarov. |

Oh. Perhaps Emin Agalarov is not so familary. He writes and performs songs in English and Russian and is widely popular in Azerbaijan and Russia. He is the son of Azerbaijani-Russian oligarch Aras Agalarov, head of the Crocus Group (ru). Here is a documentary about Aras Agalarov,. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4egcwghdN0&list=RDH4egcwghdN0 |

Belarus is not Russia. Despite that Lukashenko is "the last dictator in Europe" he said this today. https://twitter.com/XSovietNews/status/1027916755149176834 Lukashenko: We are now in a difficult period - the Russians behave in a barbaric way towards us, I publicly say this. They are demanding something from us, as if we are vassals of them, and within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union EAEC, where they invited us, they do not want to fulfill their obligations(Guess he want money for nothing). However the attitude to freedom of press and speech is probably even worser than in Russia. That's what the DW journalist experienced now. |

Why are we not surprised:) Massive Attack On Swedish News Sites Was The Work Of Russia, US Told Its Ambassadors According to a newly released State Department cable, the attack was part of a Russian campaign to sow disinformation about NATO. It came as Russia allegedly was stealing US Democrats' emails in 2016. https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/kevincollier/2016-sweden-ddos-expressen-hack-russia-cables |

https://abcnews.go.com/International/russian-nationalists-hope-return-czar/story?id=57133945 Their slogan is Orthodoxy or Death. They are convinced Russia should be ruled by an autocratic monarch. They believe the coming of a new czar may be imminent. |

Isn't this nice? Austrian foreign minister Kneissel kneels down on Putin. Russian TV viewers are very happy to see these lovely gestures. |

Today it's 50 years ago when Soviet invaded Czechoslovakia. https://www.rferl.org/a/czech-russia-protest/29445390.html Today Russia does the same thing again in Ukraine and Georgia:( Meanwhile the Social Democrats (the party that leads our government and it's also election time) website has been subjected to another cyber attack. The IP addresses are tracked exclusively to Russia and North Korea. |

But, in the Russian case, this is not done by voluntary alliances or mutual interests. And that is the problem.Yes. And Putin is following the great history (his favorite subject in school btw) of Russia. Protect Moscow at all cost and use scorched earth tactics on land far from Moscow. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Duchy_of_Moscow https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_policy_of_the_Russian_Empire |

While Vladimir Putin bragged about the invincible new missile in his annual speech to the nation in March, a U.S. intelligence report claims each of the four tests crashed. https://thebarentsobserver.com/en/security/2018/08/nuclear-powered-missile-crashed-barents-sea-intelligence-report-allegedly-claims Nils Bøhmer, a nuclear physicist with the Bellona Foundation says to the Barents Observer that more information is needed before any conclusions about possible threats to the environment can be taken.
