TL, Might i offer you a Lipitor?

My Cholesterol is just fine, thank you. HDL is High, LDL is Low. (Atkins' Plan... Doctor approved, and monitored.) My last physical, though, my Triglycerides were a tad bit high. I've been on 1000mg Omega 3 since then, I take 4 a day - 2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner. Retested Triglycerides, and they're Normal now. 😀

I also eat LOTS of Veggies, and take in 120 Oz of water per day.

No thanks. Atkins' Plan IS my Life Vest. 😀

Gone from Size 54 Jeans to Size 48. Down to 256 Lbs and holding, I did get down a bit lower but due to lack of exercise some weight has crept back. Mostly, I'm holding at 256 Lbs. Wish I had a workout buddy, I'd go to the gym more. I have a $5/Month Membership at a Local Gym... Just NOT as interesting to go when there's no one to partner up with to do weights and such. Can only do so much cardio on the Treadmill...

Though I have a new short term goal of losing 25-35 Lbs by March... So, might start going to hit the Treadmill anyway.
