•Secret, direct talks underway between US and North Korea•This contact with DPRK must be investigated immediately! It's an attempt to change the mid-term elections by the GOP and a special counsel is needed at once to stem the rampant unemployment of environmental lawyers in DC.... Surprising news from NK. North Korea will suspend all nuclear and missile tests and shut down a major nuclear test site. http://www.koreaherald.com/view.php?ud=20180421000072 North Korea will suspend all nuclear and missile tests and shut down a major nuclear test site with immediate effect and instead pursue economic growth, North Korea’s state media reported Saturday, explicitly signaling a shift in its pursuit of a nuclear weapons program. |

We will see.Exactly.... I still don't think he can be trusted until full verification is done. And that is always the hangup, as it is with Iran. The gilded lining I see so far is the halt to missile development before he achieves a re-entry capable weapon. However............ one word in the prior paragraph could be the key to why the change of heart. Is all DPRK Nuclear technology in the process of being transferred to Iran as part of a deal to share further development there along with missile technology? Iran surely knows Trump will likely not extend the Nuclear agreement any further due to their violations of other agreements and their involvement in Syria and against Israel. So........here's the shiny object on the Korean Peninsula everybody should pay attention to while the games afoot in Tehran....... "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

We will see.Exactly.... Agree. To me this looks like a Russian Diplomacy game. Oh. Kim's grandfather Kim Il-sung spent most of the WWII in Soviet exile and he and his offsprings are eternal leaders of Juche Korea. Kim and Trump will soon have a meeting. Please Trump. Don't mess that up. It's not a Monopoly game. |

How much do you know about the "godless" North and the "godless" Red ... https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/news/20180423_28/ Central Television also released a photo of North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Ri Kil Song offering a silent prayer for the victims alongside Chinese Embassy staff. Is everything else you "know" based on the same foundation? My condolences to the victims and their families. |

Koreas make nuclear pledge after summit! http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-43921385 The leaders of North and South Korea have agreed to work to rid the peninsula of nuclear weapons after holding an historic summit. South Korea's President Moon Jae-In and North Korea's leader Kim Jong-Un when they plant a tree in Panmunjom. |

Such BS. Kim Jong-Un is only trying to get out of the sanctions. Tut, have you not read the statements from the North? They have said they will never give up their nukes. They won't negotiate that. If the USA demands that it can pound sand until hell freezes over. But if the North and South want to sign a peace treaty, standard advice applies - Korea is for the Korean's, it isn't for the USA, China or Russia! If they want to unify after that, same advice. After unification the USA might be able to talk a unified state out of nukes, but as long as we have done Grenada, Nicaragua, Libya, Iraq, etc. Kim is not ever going to give up the only thing that prevents the CIA from killing him. Reagan/Bush I/Bush II have serious long lasting consequences. (I don't dare think of the consequences of 45) Oh and if we are fool enough to try and keep sanctions on after they sign a peace treaty, the entire rest of the world is likely to sanction the USA. We are in a lose / lose situation and the sooner we get the hell out of there the better. Korea is for the Korean's, it isn't for the USA, China or Russia! <ed>the promise to denuclearize is a promise from the south to the north to kick the USA out |
