But is playing them for the unwitting fools they are.As are the self destructive supporters as I positied. No. I agree with the following: Mr. Knaus, who first dreamed up the parameters of the controversial E.U.-Turkey agreement, said it was wrong to conflate the racist rhetoric of Mr. Trump and Mr. Orban with efforts by less reactionary leaders to exert control over migration. The only self destruction, which I am repeating. Is from the name calling Never Trumpers. But is playing them for the unwitting fools they are.As are the self destructive supporters as I positied. The idiocracy is very good at being manipulated and it is too much work to use critical thinking. As an aside IMO that is why there has been a decades long attack on our education system. |

But the political reality is that migration has become a salient issue — and not only for right-wing, populist and nativist politicians. Across many affluent societies, people are anxious about technological change, rising inequality and stagnant wages, and they have focused their ire at the global flows of capital and, especially, labor Mr. Knaus, who first dreamed up the parameters of the controversial E.U.-Turkey agreement, said it was wrong to conflate the racist rhetoric of Mr. Trump and Mr. Orban with efforts by less reactionary leaders to exert control over migration. Additionally in my post: “There is a danger that in opposing this kind of rhetoric one basically strengthens it because we say that anyone who is in favor of controlling borders is in favor of Trump,” Mr. Knaus said. “That is very dangerous because it concedes to racist politicians that being in favor of control is the same as being racist. And it’s not.” Re: Why Trump laughing at his enemies. He says or does 'something' that outrages many. The 'outraged' then responds, not only with accusations against Trump. But include hysterical name calling against people who disagree with the 'outraged' political and social positions. The accusations against Trump are then dismissed by the victims of the 'outraged' name calling. Yes... Trump not only understands the Never Trumpers. But is playing them for the unwitting fools they are. People would be better served if they focused on the oligarchs and their multinational corporations. These multinationals avoid any social responsibility to the people who granted them their very existence. Remember incorporation is a state granted privilege, corporations are a construct not some product of nature. |

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2017/03/12/46-killed-dozens-missing-in-ethiopia-garbage-dump-landslide/99097754/ An interesting and informative New York Times article regarding the present hysteria. •Trump’s Immigration Remarks Outrage Many, but Others Quietly Agree• But the political reality is that migration has become a salient issue — and not only for right-wing, populist and nativist politicians. Across many affluent societies, people are anxious about technological change, rising inequality and stagnant wages, and they have focused their ire at the global flows of capital and, especially, labor. There are also concerns about demographic change, as the world becomes less white and as western societies age. Mr. Knaus, of the European Stability Initiative, was one of several commentators who expressed fear that Mr. Trump would only embolden xenophobic rhetoric. “This will have consequences because it’s widely followed,” he said. “In every Austrian and German village, they follow what the U.S. president is doing.” Mr. Knaus, who first dreamed up the parameters of the controversial E.U.-Turkey agreement, said it was wrong to conflate the racist rhetoric of Mr. Trump and Mr. Orban with efforts by less reactionary leaders to exert control over migration. “There is a danger that in opposing this kind of rhetoric one basically strengthens it because we say that anyone who is in favor of controlling borders is in favor of Trump,” Mr. Knaus said. “That is very dangerous because it concedes to racist politicians that being in favor of control is the same as being racist. Anybody NOT remember Bobby Kennedy? Or is that a sacrosanct period in American History? That's not really a difference. Prior to being nominated USAG by his brother JFK and confirmed by the US Senate (by a voice vote due to his father's string-pulling instead of the customary roll-call vote) RFK had NO previous experience in either an elected or appointed position in Government or in a courtroom (lawyer or judge) prior to being US Attorney General. His sole other political experience was as a US Senator (1965-1968 -- half a term) prior to being assassinated in 1968 just after (a few minutes) winning the California Democratic primary for President. Had he not been assassinated, it is quite possible he would have been President from 1969 - ?? instead of Nixon. You can't say the same about Trump's kids... yet... Trump is still POTUS. Give it a few years and see what they do. Besides, of the three, the only one with any sort of official position is Ivanka and she refuses to draw a salary. https://youtu.be/iY57ErBkFFE #Texit Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016. Truth is dangerous... especially when it challenges those in power. |

So........Bobby's 'Political Career' predated his appointment by his brother as Attorney General of the United States?Anybody NOT remember Bobby Kennedy? Or is that a sacrosanct period in American History? True. http://time.com/4574971/donald-trump-transition-jared-kushner-legal-anti-nepotism-law/ But Bobby had at least some political background. Could you say the same about Ivanka, Donald JR and Eric Trump? And Jared Kushner! To us Scandinavian people the warning bells rings loud and clear. |

What is tRump taking from you? https://www.jct.gov/publications.html?func=startdown&id=5057 I do see tRump is taking a lot from Native Americans. But with his recent comment, that is expected and a confirmation. |

But in the Trump case it's called Nepotism that is a form of corruption. You really shouldn't go there......examples of 'Nepotism' can be found in EVERY human endeavor(Government, Business, Military, Religious, Charitable, etc.) on Earth! Nepotism is not necessarily a bad thing. It's not fair to those 'in the mix' but 'outside the family' but as the saying goes....that's life, get over it. As long as the person is good at the job what difference does it make as long as no laws are broken? And WHO can you trust MORE than a family member? Anybody NOT remember Bobby Kennedy? I would say "Trump Family First"Are you saying if you put your family first in your life you are evil? I believe that's the way 'life' has worked for 3 1/2 Billion Years. Everyone put your family first. But in the Trump case it's called Nepotism that is a form of corruption. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nepotism What happened to "Drain the Swamp" in the US? |

If you don't put your family first what are you? Maybe a few choice epithets are now needed to describe Malia and Sasha, or how 'bout Chelsea? https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/952166927476183040 Much truth. But doesn't matter. The only thing that matters, as I posted. Is the reaction of the American Voters in 2018 and 2020. Not the reaction of other Countries or the Mainstream Media. Are the majority of voters a combination of agreeing with Trump or having more important issues? IE: The Economy and hope for their individual futures. Since inside the USA, "It's the economy , stupid" is the driving force of our elections. The reaction to Trump's statements may just be "sound and fury, signifying nothing" as to the next round of elections. Now let's return, dismissing the profanity poster, to Trump's latest rant.So why don't you dismiss the "profanity president"? It may happen. Don't like Trump, or any other duly elected President you believe is a 'Coo Coo'. As many believed Obama and other some Presidents were. We have elections. In 2018 for 100% of the House and 1/3 of the Senate. In 2020, we have elections for 100% of the House, 1/3 of the Senate and for President. Repeating my advice to JE. Don't respond to a disgusting profanity laced post with another profanity. Just dismiss that poster. BTW: With the exposure of the profanity poster, the Never Trumpers, the Democrat Party and unprofessional mainstream media. That they are even worse than Trump. What Trump said, as all the other things he said. Probably, because of the hysterical response by the above. Sink again into oblivion with the Non Democrat voters. Why can't they understand they are only Preaching to the Choir. Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. --- George Santayana Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. --- Lord Acton |
