Perhaps they do have the necessary corroboration. But until that is either presented before a Grand Jury, or made public. Perhaps, this is just another example of wishful thinking.

Surely the collaboration of the crimes he pleaded guilty to is from the prosecuters and those that did the investigation. Or are you trying to say he would plead guilty to crimes he wasn't accused of.

Apparently you have no idea what the law says. Cohen's payment to Ms. Cliffords was illegal as it was an undisclosed campaign contribution. It doesn't matter one whit that the money came from Mr. Cohen at the time. A donation to the campaign, hence campaign money. Mr. Cohen and Mr. Giuliani both saying Trump was aware and the signature of Trump on the hush contract makes him aware. POTUS then failed to disclose this campaign contribution on the required forms he swore under penalty pf perjury were correct. His attempt at a coverup which Mr. Giuliani came up with of him paying back Mr. Cohen after the fact is the icing on the cake to a jury. Don't forget the government raided Mr. Cohen's office, home, etc. and has copies of everything and even some juicy audio tapes. Of course it also has bank records, phone logs and all manner of intercepted electronic communications, not forgetting Ms. Cliffords testimony. OBW do the above times two for the Playmate who also got hush money.

Lets see if Mueller takes Giuliana's comments about the repayment as an attempt at a coverup and decides that isn't subject to legal privilege and raids his office, home, etc. looking for evidence of this coverup crime.
