It won't be long before the AARP starts running TV spots denouncing the plan.

Why you ask? The tax cut. It didn't work like Reaganomics said. The government is getting less, a heck of a lot less. Rump's tariff's aren't taking in nearly as much as the loss in income tax from them. The USA is going bankrupt at a rate like Venezuela.

But those who live in "La La Land", just like Trump, don't want to believe the facts of reality. ;-)

No. It doesn't look like Crete to me at all. And the caption in the blog you've linked is suggesting it's the Finschhafen Area, in New Guinea. I'm inclined to think that is where the picture was taken, but would you like me to check that for you?

I don't recall mentioning anything about anyone being paranoid. Or even 'paranoid'. So, I'm leaning towards that bit being sarcasm font. Am I right? Or do I need to do more work on that? ;)

Well MacArthur tried to do what the Poms did to us in WWI and use us allied troops as shields for their own soldiers.

That will never happen again and we'd also been fighting the Jap's long before Pearl Harbour happened, but i guess that would be just more inconvenient facts for some. ;-)
