It isn't that hard to build a table for this one. Rump says he didn't know about it. If true, his lawyer is in deep caca filing a suit against Stormy claiming Rump did.
If Rump did know then it is inconceivable he didn't know about the money payment. That would make him personally involved in an illegal campaign contribution. Rump would be in deep caca.

You seem to believe Cohen's illegal campaign contribution doesn't matter or Trump's payoff doesn't matter. You can't have it both ways they are mutually exclusive if you were to apply deductive logic which you seem to be loathe to do.

This Cohen story has to be serious when you consider the legal bars that have jumped over to get to this stage.

To obtain that search warrant, then, the U.S. attorney would have had to meet six conditions, according to the manual.
    1. Before obtaining a search warrant, investigators had to try to obtain the evidence in another way, such as by subpoena.
    2. The authorization for the warrant had to come from either the U.S. attorney or an assistant attorney general. 
    (Rosenstein is deputy attorney general, a higher position than assistant attorney general.)
    3. The prosecutor had to confer with the criminal division of the department before seeking the warrant.
    4. The team conducting the search had to “employ adequate precautions” to ensure that they weren’t improperly viewing
    privileged communications between Cohen and his clients.
    5. The search team would have included a “privilege team” including lawyers and agents not working the case which would
    work to ensure that investigators conducting the search didn’t see privileged communications.
    6. The investigators had to develop a review process for the seized material.
 
Even with those checks in place, the U.S. attorney wasn’t guaranteed a warrant. Search warrants granted to U.S. attorneys 
are approved by magistrate judges serving in U.S. District Court.

At the moment this is only about Cohen, forget, for the moment, any idea that this is about accusing Trump. If Trump genuinely knows nothing about the Stormy non-disclosure agreement then he has nothing to fear. But he does keep acting like a guilty person trying to shift the blame on all and sundry whilst saying he has nothing to hide. Like his tax returns etc.

Absolutely. That is if 45 isn't a co-conspirator. That can't be hidden anymore.
Anyway Cohen is in deep caca for Bank Fraud, Wire Fraud and Campaign Finance violations. As the case develops there likely will be additional charges the Grand Jury returns.
What will be interesting is what was in the material the FBI took. Will it show 45 was a co-conspirator, or clear him?
You can be assured Cohen would not have given those documents up for a subpoena, likely claiming privileged and destroying the incriminating ones before having to obey a court order. A warrant search was correct.

I suspect when Stormy's lawyer gets 45 and Cohen in a depo every question is going to be answered with, "I refuse to answer because I might tend to incriminate myself." And yes there is cause.

So Stormy will be a very rich woman after her suit against Cohen is decided in her favor, while he sits in a cell and watches everything he owns auctioned off to pay his debts. Such is the life of a supporter of Rump.

Now as to the totally separate Stormy issue, the terrorist threats upon her, that happened before Rump was a candidate. 9999 out of 10000 that leads back to 45, if they can find the person. Now that is it a bit more public it might be interesting to find out just how long security video camera tape is kept in that parking garage and the surrounding area in Vegas, a super camera filled area. This just might not be a long investigation to find and flip a perp. Who knows, maybe they got that when they did the raid on Cohen?!

The Dims have opened Pandora's box and the raid on Cohen's office, home, and hotel room, confiscating privileged attorney client communications is nothing less than an open declaration of war against Trump and everyone that supports his policies.

This will not go unanswered. I would suggest that appointment of another 'special prosecutor' is not out of the question. Given the same open ended mandate and budget that Mueller has but focused on the DOJ, FBI, Dim National Organization, the Clintons and where ever else it may lead. Squeeze some Dims and see how many 'lie' to investigators and charge them with same BS charges as Flynn and the other targets of Mueller.

IMHO the concept of 'blind justice' in America is dead. It's now every man/woman for themselves. We are about to become(if not already are) totally paralyzed by fear of the 'deep police state' and the gestapo that invaded Cohen's life.

The IG report on FBI mismanagement and the bias of the DOJ could be the Rubicon that spurs a house cleaning in both agencies. I can only hope, but I'm not counting on anything changing much as the sheep have been thoroughly brain laundered.

It wasn't Mueller that ordered the raid.
It was deputy attorney general, Rod Rosenstein that did that and if I'm not mistaken he is a Trump appointee.

And when you think about it because Trump said on AF1 the other day He knows nothing about it ask Michael Cohen. Trump has basically said Cohen has acted illegally, a charge which if true will get Cohen dis-barred if nothing else.
