If facts are presented by Mueller, that Donald J Trump, committed high crimes and misdemeanors, and Donald J Trump is convicted of those charges then he should feel the full weight of the Justice system.

But that same Justice system states that in America (different in Canada or Ireland?)ALL accused are innocent until PROVEN guilty. So..............let's see the proof.

I still haven't seen yet even an allegation that would hold up in court unless it was jurored by Kangaroos...........or Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Clinton(any of the three), or Maxine {under)Waters.

Why would you expect to? It, evidence, will be presented in secret to a Grand Jury. The Grand Jury will vote a True Bill -- the allegations -- which will be held in secret until the defendant is arrested. Then and only then could you see the Bill the Grand Jury voted, but the defendant's lawyer will demand that the matter be held under seal of the court to prevent tainting the jury pool and demand a gag order. If granted you won't see squat until the jury is seated and sequestered. Again, Why would you expect to?

Now there has been plenty that would hold up in a political trial in the Senate and only party loyalty would prevent conviction today.

And the the Grand Jury decision regarding Trump will be?

No one knows, why would you ask that question when you know there is no answer? Are you really that [redacted]ignorant?

Worse, as the DOJ says a sitting POTUS can't be indicted there will be no Federal Grand Jury, so what kind of fool is he playing everyone for? Strawman? Is that the only way he can claim to win an argument, by admitting to himself he is wrong when he hits post?

Or objecting to even more useless regulation. Special Councels have a habit of taking on a life of their own far beyond the scope of the intended purpose, as we've seen with Mueller. Every one of these appointments has caused more controversy and division than solve crimes they were intended to pursue.

The legislation that is needed is a sunset provision time limit with option for renewal, if warranted, by a 2/3 vote of Congress.
