That's a pretty significant achievement and puts you into the league of "heavy hitters" Congrats.

Your E3-1230 with the GTX 1070.
If you set the SBS value to 1024 you would almost double the output of the video card. Instead of 16min per BLC24 task, it would be closer to 7min 30s (check the run times of my GTX 1070s).

-sbs 1024

Do you mind to give me the complete line. Do my other GPUs looks good. Especially my 690s.

You only need to add it to your existing line, or replace the existing SBS value with 1024.

Your 690's appear to be running without any command line values. If it's not you general use computer, use the same command line values as for the GTX 1070s (with the SBS 1024 value) and see how crunching times turn out. Since that system is running stock, the command line file has a different name.
mb_cmdline-8.22_windows_intel__opencl_nvidia_SoG.txt
is the stock application command line file in the Setiathome project data folder.

Similar values for your GTX 980s would produce more work, if it's a dedicated cruncher.

And your GTX 560Ti would produce a lot more work if you ran CUDA50 instead of 3.2.
Even so, running SoG would probably result in even better output from it, particularly when processing GBT (Green Bank Telescope) work.

EDIT- you also have some Xeon servers that support AVX. One probably has Lunatics installed on it, but not the AVX application. Another is running stock.
If both of those were to run the AVX application, you could expect around a 30% or more boost in output.
You'd just need to make sure you're installing the AVX application on the systems that can handle it as you have an older Xeon system there that doesn't support AVX.

Does anyone have a full example of the mb_cmdline-8.22_windows_intel__opencl_nvidia_SoG.txt, do I simply add -sbs 1024 -spike_fft_thresh 4096 -tune 1 64 1 4 -oclfft_tune_gr 256 -oclfft_tune_lr 16 -oclfft_tune_wg 256 -oclfft_tune_ls 512 -oclfft_tune_bn 64 -oclfft_tune_cw 64
nothing else?

Three, a SUN WS of 2008 Vintage, running SuSE Linux Leap 42.2, a 2012 HP Laptop running Leap 42.3 and a HP Desktop from 2014 running Windows 10. All have AMD CPUs. The WS has a GTX 750 Ti GPU board, and the Windows PC a GTX 1050 Ti board. All run some BOINC projects 24/7. The LHC@home programs need VirtualBox 5.2.0.

nothing else?

Easiest to use the same values as for your GTX 1070s

On my system I use
-tt 1500 -hp -period_iterations_num 1 -high_perf -sbs 1024 -spike_fft_thresh 4096 -tune 1 64 1 4 -oclfft_tune_gr 256 -oclfft_tune_lr 16 -oclfft_tune_wg 256 -oclfft_tune_ls 512 -oclfft_tune_bn 64 -oclfft_tune_cw 64
which results in a level of lag I can live with. For a dedicated cruncher it wouldn't be an issue at all.
If the lag is too much for your general use computer, bump up the value of -period_iterations_num to 3, 5, 7 10 etc till it works as you would like it to. Or reduce the value of tt to 1,000 or 750 or 500 till things work the way you want them to. Or use a combination of both.
