Hmm, Article 8 respects private & family life. What about the life of a family that has a member dying? Doesn't that family member have the right to die with dignity & not prolong life un-necessarily by the use of drugs/machines which does nothing to improve that member's condition aside from keeping them breathing & prolong the family's heartbreak?

For once I agree...

If I had to go on life support to stay alive and there was nothing that medical/science/technology could do to remove the need for life support, I would ask that they pull the plug. Period.
