Last one I remember was the alarm clock had gone off and I was thinking if I wanted to sleep in a bit more. Then my bed suddenly had magic fingers massage for a short bit. Sleeping in was suddenly not a option anymore. |

(CNN)At least two people are dead and 198 injured in the 6.4 earthquake that struck off the east coast of Taiwan just before midnight Tuesday, said Jeff Lin with the Hualien Police Department. https://www.cnn.com/2018/02/06/world/taiwan-earthquake/index.html |

I have that in bowel movements.. Sadly I think the death toll is much higher now :( Last couple of days been talk about the super volcano South of Japan as it's becoming active at an incredible rate, I hope this and the Yellowstone as well as the recent volcanic eruptions in and around the Asian area are not linked!! |

One thing the California coast has been somewhat quiet, I hope this isn't leading up to a big one. I can't say everyone's homes here are earthquake ready as they want you to believe. but these Poor countries that have to do with what they got , my heart goes to them. One man said one TV one day he could build a house that can quake but? YOU can't afford it. |

Just popped up on a News ticker. A 7.5 magnitude earthquake has shaken Mexico City: USGS. If it was that magnitude, and it was at that location, we're talking a massive disaster. Hopefully the "shaken" means the quake was quite a distance away, and has affected Mexico City. Edit- looks like it was a good distance from Mexico City, and there don't appear to be any towns close to the epicenter. M 7.2 - 37km NE of Pinotepa de Don Luis, Mexico USGS Although it appears to be a lightly populated area, with a quake of that magnitude, significant damage could occur a considerable distance from the epicenter. 7.2 in Mexico. There were no immediate reports of deaths, but officials said some homes and businesses near the quake's epicenter in Oaxaca state had been damaged. The U.S. Geological Survey said the earthquake originated about 225 miles south of Mexico City, near the town of Pinotepa in Oaxaca. I have not been able to contact friends or relatives in the area. Need to keep an eye on this one. |

I did that about 6 years ago but that was just California and plotted it for a whole 2 years and some. but with the data I had it came to random at most. I worked another one with a Ham radio where this guy in Japan was using his ham radio trying a different way, I did some with a guy in Washington State, If I got a reading we was looking for he would check the usgs which he had access to. that one didn't work out we didn't have enough time to come up with a conclusion. He was shipped off to another job. I have been a Ham Radio operator for 40 years now and it was a lot of fun but with . I live 13 miles from a steam power plant and they drill down to as hot as they go and dump treated sewer water to run the plant, works well but many trimmers each week too. I wish I still had that data yet but fat chance on that one. well some day someone will come up the golden key. ell phone this |
