A small recap is in order.

Front right tire is having wear problems on the inner edge, like pictured earlier.
Tire is rubbing on the strut some, where on the tire, I don't know, tread maybe.

I'll have to have a local friend look at it, He knows a lot about cars, He's at work right now, and He won't be around until 5:30pm to call.

My Doctor still wants a CT Scan of My lungs for Emphysema, I told the people in Apple Valley I can't go cause the car is not able to move, cause of car trouble, then they said they'd mail it, I said I wouldn't be able to go get My mail for about 30 days, it's that bad.

I did order the supplies, but so far, that is all that I can do.

I guess people think I can just waive a wand and all will work, or that the mail here is delivered to a non existent mailbox in front of My place, both aren't happening...

The wear pattern you have described is very symptomatic of a worn wheel bearing :-(
I hope your friend is able to correctly diagnose the problem. And if it is a wheel bearing adding spacers will only make things wear much faster.
As it stands your car is unusable, which given where you live in relation to "anywhere of use" is far from a good thing.

Yeah, cause mail, medical, and food are something that need a car here, in any case I'm stuck, if it's a wheel bearing, I can't do a thing for months, starving does not appeal to Grace or Me.

If the correct wheels and tires per the factory recommendations are fitted, absolutely no spacers should be used.
They upset steering geometry and bearing loading.
And if anything is so far outta whack that the stock wheels and tires don't work right, the car should be taken off of the road until properly repaired.
Something just ain't right here.

Well so far I've not ordered any spacers, I don't want to, it's either a toe problem or a camber problem according to the tread, and to bridgestone.

I'm not an expert, and the closest repair experts are about 13-14 miles away, plus the same distance to come home, if I can't pay for their solution.

Sure My friend here can do a few things, but alignment may not be one of them, and that is what got Me here, alignment from putting in 2 new struts on the front end, no My friend did not do the manual alignment, someone else did.

BT&B in Barstow CA charges $75.00 for an alignment on My car, I just called them, that is the price they charge for all cars.

If it were a wheel bearing problem there would be play(play has to do with the 6 and 12 o'clock hand positions on the steering wheel I've read), and some noise I've read, also the temp would be elevated within 10 miles of driving somewhere.

My car has sealed front bearings, since it is front wheel drive, so they are not repackable, according to: How to Check a Vehicle’s Wheel Bearings for Dummies.

And yes I've had wheel bearing problems once before, so I can say this does not feel like a wheel bearing problem.

I don't know of any Ford that has ABS, though some say Ford has ABS.

The only noise that I hear is, My rear drum brakes, they squeak loudly when cold.

I don't have $254.14, $75.00 I can manage easily in February, even $181.00 might be possible, maybe, it's just way too early to know yet, but $254.14 or whatever, nope, not at the moment, since I have no idea of when anything other than My main check will arrive in My bank account, anything beyond that is not knowable until I see it...

The steel rim(UPS) and tire(FedEx) have both shipped today according to Amazon, the lug wrench, may or may not have shipped yet, and I've not been notified either, some sellers don't report as quickly or as completely as Amazon, but then no one there is paid until feedback is left.

I paid for new wheel bearings already, and struts, and tires.

But an alignment?

No.

I have a new front end on My car, I was told this by Auto Express in Barstow CA.

No one in Barstow worked on an alignment, the struts were installed here in Yermo CA, and the alignment was done here too, a manual one at that.

Next someone will post about what I post and say something about a competency hearing...

https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=trainwreck

If I don't know something I will consult an expert, a paid expert, saying that I'm not competent is BS...

Anyone who says this, can stuff it where the sun does not shine.

I do need a faster video card, I built this PC, and I do know what a wait state is, and I do have a certificate in how a PC works, I got an A in that course years ago, and I have one in Basic Programming, not that the Basic Programming Language is used anymore.

But until I get the car fixed, the card can wait some more, though not too much longer.

Since a 1070 Ti is now too expensive, since prices rose out of My reach for the moment, a 1060 will do.

My bank account on the check that I do get does not even generate any fees.

I've never been late with the rent, nor a bill, that's better than any critics here, but then you all get more, and yet My critics say wrongly that My problems are cause of imcompetence, maybe you should live on the amount I get for a year, then you'll have the right to say such evil hurtful things...

Shame on you...

I have a 125 gallon aquarium with stand, nothing for that is crap, I have 47 years of experience,
I may be poor, but at least I know what I'm talking about, so don't insult Me...

My family has our surname name on a street sign in this state, most don't, it will be there long after I'm dead...

And I have a will made out, unlike My grandpa's will, is not like His was.

Not everything can be bought new, if you want the latest and greatest, fine then do so, not everything is bought used here, I do buy new, when it's possible, but then I'm prudent, most people don't buy the latest gadget, and I don't either...

I recycle bottles, I don't litter, but then I have never thrown stuff on the ground, as I am not a litterbug, always in the proper receptacle.
Maintaining a car? I pay people to do that, I do understand what goes on, it's just not something that I was interested in, like My dad, My brother, or My grandpa who owned a car repair shop and later an auto dealership was, yes there are pics on the web.
Pay for work on a gas furnace? Yes, I paid $400.00, the Coleman gas furnace does work, the last bill before the repairs in Dec 2016 was about $60.00, $42.99 a year later is much better.
The Dec 2016 electric bill was $103.32(I did keep this and the gas bill by copy and paste), this month $44.72, I've been busy from time to time.
$42.99 last month for natural gas usage, $44.72 for electric, $4.75 in fees for electric and gas use, $15.00 for garbage hauling, $30.00 for water, and $265.00 for rent, total $402.46.
Car insurance $16.33, internet access $44.99, food $102.00, gasoline $6.00, misc bills $407.79, some of the $407.79 are one time bills, like postage or making a final payment on the gas furnace repairs of $100.00, the $300.00 was earlier, I don't have much data for earlier, as I don't need to keep records, since I don't have income that is taxable.
Keeping a PC clear of viruses, and other malware, better than most people, or anyone in My extended family, but then I had to teach some about identity theft, I have a friend who runs and owns a TV station, I worked on some of His PCs, I never got a complaint.
One of His 486 based PCs I could not fix, too old or too damaged by His employees usage, and a lot of not without doing some basic malware preventative measures.

And for the most part, I don't buy lotto tickets, not in a while at least.

I have been running a house and such since I was 10 years old, that's nearly 48 years, billing since I was 18yrs old, shopping since I was 28 yrs old, I took care of My mom since age 30, until She died at 76, heart failure in a hospital, she needed a pacemaker like Her sister had, My aunt lived until She was 88, thankfully I inherited mom's hair color, not Her heart condition or Her sisters, and My dad's height.

The intensity level in this thread needs to be dialed down a notch or two. Please everyone think about the tone of your posts as if you were talking to each other in a friend's house. I know we all want to shake our fists and heads sometimes about things we don't agree with or we want to get a point across, and that's ok, but it's counterproductive for everybody to post in ways that antagonize each other.

Let's get back the car...
It is perfectly possible with a front drive car like your Esort to have a failed wheel bearing the passes the "rock" test you describe but to e scrubbing the tyre on the strut. I wish we'd taken photos of those on both my brother's and parents cars when they had failed wheel bearings...
Get the whope front suspension checked for wear because there's a lot more bits than the struts and a lot of bushes that do fail with age. But as I said earlier miss alignment will not cause the tyre to run on the strut. I've just thought of another source of the tyre rubbing on the strut - a badly damaged lower strut but that's a rare one and would require a masive impact to cause it as thats a large lump to bend (at least on an Escort).
