No one can't sue oneself.
My friend Lars did. He won. Not the smartest thing to do, but possible.

Is Lars a Lawyer or an Attorney?

My sister's first husband was one, He said "He could have had a fool for a client" or something like that, but then I was a young kid then.

The quote is, The man who is his own lawyer, Has a fool for a client.
Reminds me of folks who read something on the internet and say, I've read that-------.

Well this fool did defend himself in court once, I won too, and back then the net didn't exist as We know it today, but then it was still classified then. And it was for a ticket, no big deal really.

A traffic ticket is no big deal. Try being your own lawyer for a real case. like assault , shop lifting, robbery or even Homicide and see what happens.
As for your car. Hitting a speed bump, Curb, An object in the road, Or a pothole can cause major damage to the suspension of any car. I blew out a side wall and dented a rim on my car last year by hitting a steel object at night doing 65MPH on the highway.
But then you read the internet and are an expert on cars. Just get the car fixed so you don't endanger another driveror a pedestrian. Ever see what happens when ball joints fail at speed? I have.

Look I had the ball joints replaced back in March of 2017, they don't go bad that quick, and I know how a car handles when they go bad...

It cost Me $281.10...

You and anyone else do not get to tell Me I need to have them worked on again, it would be a waste of time and money...

Do not tell Me otherwise...

I never said you had bad ball joints. Just asked if you ever have seen what happens when they let go at speed. And about time you fixed the car and not buy crap off of E-bay.

Vic, it is you who knows nothing. I have had ball joints fail in a few tens of miles never mind the hundreds or thousands you have covered. And the same applie to bearings. Driving on poor roads, or hittings things in the road, or overloading a wheel, and a few other things can all lead to premature failure.

Stop being so rude and arrogant to those who try to help you.
Just now your car is in a very dangerous state, there is something seriously amiss with front suspension. You've had a front tyre srubbed out and on the same corner the tyre and suspension are rubbing against each other and all you want to do is put another tyre on. That's a it like putting a bandaid on to fix a broken leg.

I really don't know why you carry on with these threads of yours Vic, if it's to try and justify your spending habits and bad choices to others then your badly mistaken (if it's all to justify it all for yourself then you are delusional).

Firstly buying a relocatable home in a run down trailer park out in the middle of nowhere was 1 big mistake (as you now seem finally learning) and why you bought a Mustang instead of a Crown Victoria, or even better yet an F150, is totally beyond me. I'm a bit older than you Vic, 1.5" taller and since 1 too many spine compression injuries I know that I'm overweight at 265lbs, but there's no way in the world that I'd own anything less than a full sized family car for myself.

But what bit of madness drove you to buy a small family hatch that is basically designed for 2 average adults with 2 children totaling your whole body mass?

Quite frankly I wouldn't be surprised that after all this time with your weight bearing down on basically 1 corner of your car that you have twisted its chassis (it was not designed to take the sort of load that you put on it).

In the end it would be best for you (and us) to just give up on these threads of yours and end the heartache, ridicule and negativity that comes with them everytime you start 1.

Cheers.

OK, everybody......listen up please.

We all know how Vic operates now.
He makes decisions that he either knows are not quite right or perhaps are misinformed at times.
Then he posts about them here looking for approval.
When he does not get it, he gets upset and thinks the whole world is out to get him.
And then goes to any lengths to justify those decisions.
I do think at times he is trying to convince himself.

So..........
If you have a kind word of advice to offer Vic, do so.
But then, please don't continue to berate him if he does not accept it or disagrees with it.
Because if Vic has his mind made up to do something, he is going to do it regardless of popular opinion or advice.

It would be much better for Vic if the arguing and nitpicking about his plans ceased.
Good advice is fine if one offers it and does not get upset or argumentative if Vic does not agree.

As always, just my opinion.

Meow.

Why did I buy this place?

It was what I could afford in 2006, I did not buy it here, the place is the newest in the park.

And for tax reasons it works for Me.

As to the car I drive, I am not even close to 1 quarter of the car gross vehicle carrying capacity, the Escort zx2 is a unibody type, like the Mustang, the zx2 is based on a Mazda B platform, the car weight is 2478lbs, has seating for 4, I've never had 4 in the car of course.

As to the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating for the Escort zx2, I don't think I've exceeded that, cause the GVWR is 1530KG or 3375 lbs... See cell phone pic below.

Other people who drive Escorts had trouble with the Nankang tires that I used to have, which is why I got rid of them...

A blow out is not impossible, and could do damage to the alignment, I looked for a 2nd opinion elsewhere(BAWAGS).

And I've owned the car since somewhere around 2007-2008, so sorry I can't remember everything, but then I'm not Perfect.

A pickup or a bigger car?

I'm not interested in driving a tank...

Don't like what I post?

I have a solution, go post elsewhere, I don't post about anyone elses buying, please do the same for Me.

In other words, mind your manners here, yes they do matter...

Ordered some spacers for temp use, between the rim, and the rim mount, they're 5mm thick.

I'll only be using 1, I would have ordered just 1, but they are sold as a pair, and cause of a
problem on Amazon, they cost Me exactly $0.00 and they will be delivered to My door.

Vic - they are sold in pairs for a very good reason SAFETY - fitting one (or two) on one side of your car will substantially reduce the margin of safety -DO NOT do it.
Also, if a wheel bearing is shot then, by adding a spacer to that wheel, you really are heading down a very steep slope to loosing a front wheel and, at best "ending up in the ditch" with a wrecked car.

I have run these spacers before, they are safe and legal, maybe in the UK a lot of things are illegal, but in the US, a lot of things are not illegal, like using a steel rim and tire as a spare on a car with aluminum rims and tires, which are safe, and legal to mix them, and is done a lot here, the CHP and other Police agencies see cars like that a lot, it might look odd, but that's it.

The CHP would tell you so and hang up, that is the California Highway Patrol, an official police arm of the government of the State of California, go ahead call them, Autozone sells them, as do places on ebay, as does O'Reilly Auto Parts, as does Amazon, and I wouldn't doubt Walmart sells them as well.

I may not be the mechanic that the rest of My family is(no woman in My family knows much about cars, it would be nice, but that is just not interesting to them), but We all know autos, My grandpa owned an auto repair garage, with the family name displayed proudly for all to see, He knew automobiles, as did My dad, My brother, My cousins, My nephew, especially My nephew, He has some real skills there.

My grandpa is holding My dad's hand in this pic from 1923...
And yes on the left is a gasoline pump, they sold gasoline at the curb, though for how long, I don't know.

I was told who the other 2 are, but only once, so since they are not directly related, I can't say much, though they were employees there.
Location: Washington Blvd and Irving Place, in Culver City CA, My grandpa, was also the Police Chief, and later an elected City Councilman in Culver City CA, the building's location is now a parking lot for a hotel. :(

I owned a 1987 Mustang GT, one with a Hatchback(as opposed to a notchback, which is what My car would be called, if Ford made hatches on cars anymore), for some rims, one has to have spacers to make up for a lack of proper backspacing on the inside of a rim(a wheel in the UK, here a wheel is to steer with, moo!), the only thing the spacers did was make the car unable to turn as tight as before, and that wasn't a problem outside of a parking lot at a store, and then it was still a minor thing....

Worry warts seem to be everywhere... sigh.

No offense, but the US is not the UK, a lot of things are just simply done differently here.

And I'm not going to talk about this again, this subject is closed...
