Sirius B, you know nothing of Myself, and I ask you, stay out of this.So red-X. If you don't want to do that, stop insulting those that offer advice which has been mostly sensible. |

Good advice does not always sit well when penetrating through the din of one person's haranguing of another. |

You don't know anything, and Chris likes to invent stuff to make up for what He doesn't know about Me, so you do not know what you are talking about, and neither does Chris S, you make yourself look like a LIAR... After 59590 posts from you, we know a whole lot about you Vic. Relax, Vic. May I remind you that you are posting on a public forum, and like it or not, anybody has the right to comment on those posts. You give many details about your daily life and plans, so you should not be surprised that others have opinions, not all of which you will agree with. You are of course, free to red-x and request that the mods remove those posts that you may find offensive. It is then up to the moderator crew to decide whether your request is warranted. Meow. OK things here are getting a little heated. I have locked the thread for a cool down. Please all remember this is a public forum and revealing personal details, even by guess work could leave others open to fraud. |

Vic's Journal 1; Vic's Journal 2; Vic's Journal 3, and Now Vic's Journal, which makes 4. 1,2,3 Mysteriously Disappeared a Few Years Ago, when dA Usual Dust Ups began between Vic and Other Posters. As is Happening Now. These Journals Contained HUGE Amounts of Info 'bout Vic and dA Most Incompetent of Us could SURMISE MUCH about Him and Be Unusually Accurate in These Assessments. Thus, dA REMOVAL of Vic's Journals 1, 2, and 3. I Would Not have Wanted Such EVIDENCE EXPOSED either. Quite a Coup to Get Them REMOVED. I Don't Know Who One has to Communicate with at SETI Forums to Get a HUGE Amount of Postings Deleted, but Vic's Journal 1,2, and 3 Disappeared. Luckily for Him. They did Not Paint a Pretty Picture. dA Point is: One Can State Rules of Posting; One Can Red-X; One Can Cry Foul; One Can Complain, But Putting Yourself Out There Over Many Many Many Years, Leads to HUBRIS on Both Sides and FLAME ON is Always Ignited for a FINAL FLAME OUT. Feel dA Burn or Extingusih dA Yap or Not May we All have a METAMORPHOSIS. REASON. GOoD JUDGEMENT and LOVE and ORDER!!!!! |

Ok enough time has passed, Maybe I ought to say something I was told back in June. My Doc said no heavy lifting in June, I don't know how much this is, and the problem might be normal after surgery, or it might be cause I took some Naproxen Sodium tablets for a couple days. Though I have since stopped that. I'm having problems again, something to tell My Doctor on Monday the 13th, and this time if I need to be driven, it will be a problem, since the person who drove Me last time is now 100 miles from where I live at, instead of just 45 miles, I get to tell the Doctor that too. Now in other less important news. I got My tv power board back on Friday, I'd bought the board as bad on ebay, and ShopJimmy said the board is good, so now I get to uninstall the external cables, the metal back plate, and the old power board(nearly dead, I think), then install the new board, and the metal back of the tv, then the external cables, and then turn the tv on after I(or someone with Me) lift the tv back into position on My tv stand, I'm glad I only have to do this once, it's both about 50lbs and bulky, My PC is only about 50lbs, but isn't bulky at least, I'll have to call a nearby friend to help, if He's around that is. If not I'll wait until He is around. In addition one of these days I need to get a lighter Thermaltake X9 case, for this PC's case is a beast and some lighter weight cards, but that will have to wait... I'm doing ok financially, hopefully I can give someone here(in the park) the rent check, though the park manager is having problems, one I'm glad I don't have, She has diabetes, and last I heard was puking Her guts out according to Her husband. And in the points hunt I'm at 12,050 points for that Xbox One X console. They are going to have daily auctions, maybe I'll get lucky on the 1st try, or whatever. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! Let's all try to refrain from calling each other trolls, and abide by positive criticism. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Let's all try to refrain from calling each other trolls, and abide by positive criticism.Positive criticism & advice has been given, yet at every turn, it has received insulting replies. It's difficult to make positive comments when conflicting information is provided. Which gets the positive advice? |

It's fine to use the filter feature to try to avoid certain posts, but let's not make a public list of who we like or don't. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Step 1 completed, all cables detached from the tv, the RG6 shielded cable was irritating, I turn it one way, release the cable, then the cable would go right back where It started at. I did eventually get past this. The power to the tv was unplugged a few days back. Next I need to call a friend nearby on Monday after 5pm, since I don't know if He is home or not on the weekend, sometimes He is, and sometimes He is not. Last time I had the metal back of the TV off, I had the TV upside down, being the bottom of the TV has glass in the foot of the TV this works, with the screen facing the sofa, I can remove the metal back plate and all the screws there, then I can remove the 2 internal cables, then 5 screws for the power board, and then the board itself, then just reassemble in reverse order, the trick is getting the tv in and out of being upside down. The metal back plate covers almost the entire back of the set, and there are about 28 or so machine screws to remove back there, and that excludes the bottom part of the tv or the other locations between the back plate and the TV itself, the TV screen is on the other side of that silver part. What is pictured here is a similar model to My TV. Top of TV Bottom of TV My TV's power board, this is the board that will be replaced I'm told, the replacement board that I sent in was certified as working, and so I will replace this. Since this board controls the LED backlighting and the Main Board(the one on the left in the top pic). I had to flip this image upside down to match the top pic. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! Maybe there will have to be a "Things not allowed to be in "Vic's Thread"" thread. Or similar. |

How about Vic plays by the same rules as everybody else. He's got the red-x to flag any posts for the mods that he feels are offensive. Just like everybody else. Meow. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

What's in a name? Not much, just some letters. I could have called it anything, but "bar" has been taken. Grace doesn't care what is said, she accepts Me as I am, no one can change that, not even Me. Ah yes the gas furnace is on, set at 77F @ 5:20am, one hour ago, and now it's, haha, 5:20am again. It's 59F outside currently, maybe the temp will drop to 48F as it says. Oh and the Barstow Mall got a new solar powered parking canopy, it's the 2nd set in town, the other is at My Doctors office, there is one out here too, but I don't know if it's been setup yet, nor do I know when Eddie World will open in Yermo for business, people around here are understandably curious. The furnace just went off, @ 5:27am, 7mins, not bad, its been on longer. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

How about Vic plays by the same rules as everybody else. Should the mods have to waste time actioning red-x's from Vic when the post is constructive criticism, that it is quite possible the mod agree's with the constructive criticism. |
