The codes are not on the outside of the bags, otherwise why would anyone buy them. They are printed on the inside of the bags, sometimes the code is up high on the front, or down in the middle, or down near the bottom. And they are never on the side with the seam. Just the silver side. Many thanks in any case. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

I remember in the early 1980's, when we used to buy 8 pack cartons of returnable glass soft drink bottles(16 ounce size, I believe), Coca-Cola had a promotion where monetary prizes were awarded underneath the metal caps. Pop one off, and look under it, and sometimes you'd get 25 cents, or more, and you could redeem the cap at the grocery. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

In CA bottles and cans are charged recycling fee, $0.05 or 0.10 a bottle size dependent, and it's all refundable, I don't normally buy cans, so I don't remember about cans. Bottles sure, I've got a trash bag that I will be recycling soon, I need to get another bag out, right now I'm still burping carbon dioxide from the soda, but that'll go away soon enough. You can ignore the bottles with green, or red, or blue caps, only the White caps that have a date of 2018 and a phone number matter. The site here has the same codes, I'd hoped to make one that was easy to read on one screen, but here is the link in case it is hard to read. https://www.every60seconds.com/codes/values In case anyone needs a list of which has the most Bang of Doritos and/or Mountain Dew, here you go. Ok I had $14.27 after buying some ant-acids for $1.99+tax, I forgot to buy My normal monthly supply, so I bought 12-2L bottles of Mountain Dew, unfortunately, it's DIET, since that is all that is left, I think people are on to this Xbox One X Console contest, that works out to about $1.19 w/tax and the $0.10 a bottle crv fee per bottle, I would have bought Mountain Dew Code Red, but no store in this area carries that anymore. I just had a sip of the Diet version Angela, it's not really sweet, but I've tasted worse, chips are out there, some are worth 250 points per bag, I think Taco flavor, those are ok. And yes I just entered 1200 points, and cause I had a bag and bottles I got 50 bonus points for My effort. I'm now up to 3,350 points, still two bags to go, at 200 each. I think Pepsi got the taste right, since I can't taste any plastic. And I still need to get another trash bag out for recycling the bottles. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! I'm sure more of the sugar type MD will show up, it's just that Barstow is out for the moment. And no I didn't ask, the store I bought from had the sugar type, but only 4 bottles, all 4 were green lidded, worthless for this. And the Diet MD is ok, and I like soda at room temp, sure I'd like the non Diet better, but points are points. Now I can relax, and not worry about that for the moment. I did manage to balance My check book earlier today, only the rent check is still outstanding, and this will probably be like this for another 2-3 weeks. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! H&B came out, and installed the missing part in My gas furnace, which is no longer made, the part and the furnace that is, My furnace is a 2.5 ton, today it would be a 4.0 ton furnace, the part cost is $33.00, I was told I would be mailed the receipt, I will see if they do, since they do not have My mailing address, the street address might take longer to get here, if at all, and I can afford the $33.00 in November. But the gas furnace is fixed at last, after the furnace was adjusted some. Next is buying a 195/50x15 tire from Discount Tire Warehouse on November 1st, plus mounting the 185/60x15 tire on a 15x5.5" aluminum rim(front left) and the 195/50x15 tire on a 15x5.5" steel rim(full sized spare tire) for $6.00 a tire/rim. I may ask a plumber how much it will cost to fix the homes 2 plumbing problems, the toilet fill valve and garbage disposal, both need to be replaced with parts that I have. Then I'll just be back to minor electrical repairs, which I can take My time with, since I do have a few other things to do, and what is broke is bypassed for the moment, at least nothing is in danger of fire here. I'm still waiting for two Monoprice surge suppressors to be shipped, I'm going to email the seller on the 20th if they are not shipped by then, if I don't hear from the seller by the 27th, I'll be contacting Paypal, and maybe ebay. I should have bought from Monoprice directly($19.33 total), I think, the cost would have been an extra $3.35 for both, sigh, but sometimes money is short. But I'll get that sorted out, no one gets away with scamming Me, and I hope the seller is just new to this. $15.98 w/FREE shipping, Estimated delivery Wed, Oct 11 - Thu, Oct 19. Oh and I've found I can tolerate Diet Mountain Dew, if I drink it at room temperature, cold seems to bite some. I've drank 2 bottles as of now. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

Ok I set the gas furnace to 65F, mainly as a backup to the PC. Temp is 60F outside, predicted low of 50F... Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

The gas furnace came on after I set the furnace to 75F, stayed on for about a minute or two, and promptly stopped at 76F, H&B did a good job, but did not add a shield around the flue to keep from blowing out the pilot when it gets windy here, I have to talk to them about that. The low outside this morning was 49F. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

If they removed the air-con junk you might find the reduced back pressure in the flue system will actually keep the pilot in. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

If they removed the air-con junk you might find the reduced back pressure in the flue system will actually keep the pilot in. Winds above 45mph is what has blown the pilot out before in the past here, and the "a/c junk" was below the pilot. I was told they'd fix that, since they can't alter the opening of the flue itself, I did call today, and I left My phone number. Savoir-Faire is everywhere! Ok, I got a big bag of Doritos that says 200 points. What do I do now? I looked for Mountain Dew with codes, but I didn't see any. The grocery did however have 4-pack 12 ounce glass bottles of real sugar Dew and Pepsi. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

I like to mix Code Red and Wild Cherry Pepsi together since they both have a cherry flavor. And I also drink soda pop a room temperature or ice cold. Doses not matter too much to me. |
