I sort of like the Cosmos II cabinet

But it seems impossible to fit 3 GPU liquid radiators to the front, there's far and I'm not sure there's room even if it could reach. I do like the option to fit 2 fans to the side since I plan to start out with 2 air cooled GPUs.

Also it very big, heavy and somewhat pricy.

Nice, some improvements on the Cosmos 1000 of which I have two. They are heavy but solid.

I kept looking at that top plate and think you could fit 2xRads up there ( it must be 200mm wide and 360 long by fan specs) Might be a 'made your own plate though.
1 more in back, 1 front, maybe 1 in lower drive bay (venting out the side)
It would be a challenge to get the airflow right for in/out.
And certainly no room for Liquid CPU cooling.
It would take some work I believe.

Zalster has picts around somewhere of his builds with 4 hybrids- Thermaltake cubes I believe. But I can't find them just now.

I do need CPU liquid cooling and I have 1 liquid cooled GPU now which I plan to fit in the back. So 3 more liquid cooled GPUs seems impossible to fit in that case,

I think you can get 3 X 120mm rads or was it a 240mm or 360mm in the front of a Corsair 780T, certainly it takes 3 X 120mm or 2 X 140 or 2 X 200mm fans.....I've got one for my gaming PC. In addition to that, you can get 2 'double size' rads in the top and bottom of the case. It is a big case, though!

If I were to buy a new case the Thermaltake Core X9 is the one that I would go with. The new video cards today are quite heavy and can break the MB slots, but with the X9 the MB sits flat like in a desktop case. This means no stress on the video cards or the MB. Also the price is decent.
I have a AZZA 9000 and a Corsair 900D, and they are nice, but today the X9 would be my choice.
Everybody has their personal favorites.

Next best would be an Antec Skeleton


or a Lian Li Test case.

I have a Core X9 and it is huge. The Core X5 might be a better option for anyone planning to only use radiators up to 360mm.

Why only 4 GPUs?

It IS my birthday on the 24!

Use a 19" x 15" rack frame, PSUs & other "support" stuff in a 4U layer at the bottom, motherboard in a 6U layer in the middle, then radiators etc in a 3 or 4 U layer at the top. Plenty of space for circulation fans on the middle layer to keep the beast cool.

I think the Core WP200 might work along the lines of what you are thinking.
The expansion cabinet could be placed on top with four 600mm radiators.

Well it not easy deciding, not least for an almost total amateur when it comes to building a computer, have only done 3-4 more or less standard builds.

Will think about it and unless something else comes up I will go for the Thermaltake Core X9.

Can you perhaps remove the wheels here?

Except for that, quite a bit of a monster this time and one that I would love to have.
