Yes, I remember reading that on the blog. That is something I haven't looked at recently. Looked at the slots a couple weeks ago and everything was normal. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

And the web site/forums go MIA again. At least they're back, just incredibly slow... Grant Darwin NT |

Well that must of been a shortish outage as my 1060's didn't run out of work this time. :-) Cheers. |

Well that must of been a shortish outage as my 1060's didn't run out of work this time. :-) . . The outage was about normal length, just over 10 hours, but I think there were less noise bombs and halflings in the data load. Not to mention a higher percentage of GBT work which adds up to longer average run times during the system down time. Nett result no task starvation. Stephen :) |

And not many Arecibo either Maybe we need some more fish food to attract the guppies inshore again? Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

Dunno. I checked my daily driver and Guppi work is still coming in. Either the RTS queue is still stocked with it or something's gone wonky with the SSP. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

Ahhhh.....the Guppis have returned to the SSP. Meow. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

I wonder if they just went missing from the SSP or weren't actually splitting for a while. If the latter, the RTS is going to be pushing nothing but Arecibo for a good while since AFAIK the RTS buffer is FIFO ordering. HIP22790, now that was one noisy tape. Overflows on most, if not all the WU's I got from that tape. . . I cannot identify the tape but I have also had a large number of noisy GBT WUs. Stephen ?? |

HIP22790, now that was one noisy tape. Overflows on most, if not all the WU's I got from that tape. You'll find it in each WU name, sixth field in, ie: HP-Z400b task blc05_2bit_guppi_57903_66244_HIP22962_0056.10566.0.18.27.42.vlar_0 ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ |

Well the servers seem to have screwed up on me during work requests. I now have 200 ghosts. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

Anyone other than me having issues getting work? I keep getting the internal server error message when requesting work. . . Only on Bertie, I have to keep giving the servers a kick to keep the cache topped up. Otherwise it slowly runs down, down, down. Stephen .. |
