Message 1892852 - Posted: 1 Oct 2017, 19:12:17 UTC - in response to Message 1892831.

Diplomacy has not worked in over 60 years.

Remember, the DPRK under 'Grandpa Kim' STARTED the Korean War back in 1950. Its about time it is over and done.

The issue is there has been no diplomacy. For 60+ years the USA, who lost, has been dictating what Kim will do. Want diplomacy, don't dictate, negotiate. Of course that means knowing what you want. Do you want peace? Do you want no nukes but no peace? tRump's path is they have nukes and there is no peace.

But reality, according to Hegel, is by no means an attribute which belongs to a given social or political condition, under all circumstances and at all times. Quite the contrary. The Roman Republic was real, but the Roman Empire which replaced it was also real. The French Monarchy had become unreal in 1789, that is, it had lost all the quality of necessity, and was so contrary to reason that it had to be destroyed by the Great Revolution, of which Hegel always speaks with the greatest enthusiasm. Here, therefore, the monarchy was the unreal, the revolution the real. So in the course of progress all earlier reality becomes unreality, loses its necessity, its right of existence, its rationality; in place of the dying reality comes a new vital reality, peaceable when the old is sufficiently sensible to go to its death without a struggle, forcible when it strives against this necessity. And so the Hegelian statement through the Hegelian dialectic turns to its opposite— all that is real in the course of human history becomes in the process of time irrational and is, therefore, according to its destiny, irrational, and has from the beginning inherited want of rationality, and everything which is reasonable in the minds of men is destined to become real, however much it may contradict the apparent reality of existing conditions. The statement of the rationality of everything real dissolves itself, according to the Hegelian mode of thought, in the other, "All that stands has ultimately only so much worth that it must fall."

'and everything which is reasonable in the minds of men is destined to become real' ROTFLMAO. Yep. FAKE NEWS Becomes REAL in dA MINDS of KKKlownShoeMer and His 'Lynch' Mobs.

Remember, in the USA the President is not really a 'national leader' but instead is just the 'leader' of the Bureaucracy of the Executive branch of the US Federal Government. The President is just the 'head bureaucrat'. The USA does not really HAVE a 'national leader' as such. The closest we come are two people... Speaker of the US House of Representatives, and Majority Leader of the US Senate.

Trump is your Head of State just as much our Kings and Queens are in Europe!
Tell him that.
A big difference though is that our monarchs knows that and usually behave.
Trump is a big insult to the world!

Elaine Duke, United States Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, has spoken of...

Huh??? No such position.

Huh???

On January 30, 2017, she was appointed Deputy Minister of the United States Interior Security Department under John F. Kelly. On July 31, 2017, she became acting Secretary of State in Donald Trump's Cabinet, when John F. Kelly took place in the White House as the White House Chief of Staff. [1]

Major give the non-english speaker a break. He after all is reading the newspaper in a different language and they translated the title into the local usage. Things like this are how rocket man gets started.

Well, pardon me for trying to be educational...

And as far as calling Kim 'rocket man'... that is a well deserved INSULT. Kim earned Trump giving him that insult when Kim threatened to use nuclear weapons against US Territory. What Trump is trying to do is to goad Kim into trying it at which point we will have causus belli to wipe the DPRK off the map. It is about dang time the POTUS did it. Diplomacy has not worked in over 60 years. No more 'Mister Nice Guy'. The DPRK has been a PITA for FAR too long.

Remember, the DPRK under 'Grandpa Kim' STARTED the Korean War back in 1950. Its about time it is over and done.

Huh??? No such position.

In the USA, the heads of various Government Departments are termed 'Secretary', not 'Minister'. Domestically in the USA, the title 'Minister' generally refers to a preacher at some protestant christian churches.

The duties of what many other nations call their various ministries/departments of 'internal affairs' are handled in the USA by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice.

Our Department of the Interior handles other duties, such as natural resources and relations with various Native American tribes.

Elaine Duke *IS* Acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. (Prior to July 31, 2017, she was Deputy Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security).

Elaine Duke became the Acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on July 31, 2017. She was previously sworn in as the seventh Deputy Secretary of DHS on April 10, 2017.

https://www.dhs.gov/person/elaine-c-duke

Oh, she is 'Acting' Secretary of DHS because she was confirmed as Deputy Secretary of DHS then the Secretary of DHS Kelly went to be Chief of Staff, 'promoting' her to be Secretary. She will lose the 'acting' if/when the US Senate confirms her.

And another thing, she is 16th in line to be President. Dead last, but still on the list. Normally, there would be 18 on that list but 2 are not eligible. Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao is not on the list; she is not a natural born US Citizen.

Acting Secretary of Health and Human Services Wright's initial appointments (various Deputy Assistant Secretary positions in HHS) were not subject to US Senate confirmation, so he can't be on the list until the US Senate confirms him as Secretary of HHS, if they so choose to do so.

So, #12 on the list is not eligible pending Senate confirmation.
#14 on the list is not eligible due to not being a natural-born US Citizen.

So, currently, that makes Duke #16 instead of #18. But no matter how you slice it, she is STILL dead last on the list.

The "leadership" of Trump really sucks!

Well, Trump sux0rz in general... but 'leadership'?? ROFL

Remember, in the USA the President is not really a 'national leader' but instead is just the 'leader' of the Bureaucracy of the Executive branch of the US Federal Government. Well. Then we have two "leaders" that sucks!

I will not argue against that :)

Hehe:)
The irony is also that so many people vote for "leaders" that can't be trusted.
North Korea, the US and Russia and several more countries do the same.

Well. You are what you is.

What's the matter with Trump?
The appeal from hurricane affected Puerto Rico to the United States can be easily expressed: "Save us from dying."
But President Donald Trump does not want to know any criticism of United States relief efforts.
- Bad leadership, he tweets the call from Puerto Rico.

Elaine Duke, United States Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, has spoken of Puerto Rico reports as "good news about our ability to reach people." It has got the mayor of the city of San Juan to go ballistic.
"This is not good news, the news is that people die".
"When you drink water from a stream, it's not good news. When you do not have food for your infant, it's not about good news, says Carmen Yulín Cruz.

The "leadership" of Trump really sucks!

Fellow Puerto Rico Mayor Rips San Juan Mayor — ‘She’s Not Participating In Any Meetings’

Exactly what FEMA and Trump confirm. It is the San Juan Mayor who is not assisting her people.

The San Juan Mayor lying accusation. Is just another example of an hysterical Never Trumper.

Have posted against the Militarization of the Police.
Internet forums are one thing, but, have you told your congressman that?

I have at times, during meetings with these Officials, both Police and Elected Representatives regarding our Disabled Veterans and Homeless. Voiced my concerns.

Interestingly, they concur in my presence. Of course, nothing changes.
