I could find uses for all but one which looks like a clamp of some sort.

Most of the equipment is general...

.. but the clamp looking thing (more of a tool to clamp and extrude\expose) does make me think StarGate is on the right path?

Is it something used to expose and treat or chop bits off?

Otherwise ear or body piercing?

Just take a trip to the local Taylor Shop. Turtle Necks are out and have the collar lowered. Just take a little off the top. Just not to much.
