Looks like some old hand grasping tool with it's spike and jaw clamps also has a spring, h'mmmm maybe to pick up bundles? ID: 1920904 ·  |

No potatoes or metals were harmed by this tool. Not for horses. Yes it is a hand tool but not for picking up bundles.

I can't seem to figure a knife pointing in and the spikes pointing out. The knife is small so maybe to harvest flowers in a bunch? I don't know about the spikes though. ID: 1920931 · |

Grant you are sooooo close. It is used on corn but not for stacking. Sorry not for pin the tail on anything, Not a vintage ear tag pliers for cattle. Good guess. Not for flowers, however, it might work for that.

Yes it is technically a flower but if you ask 100 people if it's a flower you will get 100 people look at you funny and think you are pretty corny. Put another way, would you give a lady a dozen of these flowers on valentines day or when you POP the question?
