Raw tomato? Yuck. Tomatoes are only good after they are seeded, cooked, mashed, pureed, folded, spindled, mutilated, herbed, spiced, and turned into ketchup (not on a Chicago hot dog) or pizza sauce

Yeah, raw, washed, beefsteak tomatoes, 1 down, 1 to go, I had some of the 1st 3/5 on ham sandwiches, and the last 2/5 as a salad for dinner, yum.

All it took was a serrated knife.

Both of you are missing out... Chilli, Lasagna, Spaghetti sauce, Salsa; ALL use tomatoes. I LOOOOVE fresh tomatoes, I eat them raw. I also love V8, or regular tomato juice.

MMMMMmmmmm Tomatoes. :-) :-D

I just gave David a witness. I don't like raw towmatoes. I will eat stewed and canned diced ones. And sauce too. And a few other cooked kinds.

Raw tomatoes come from a plant in your garden. Those things in the supermarket are not tomatoes, they are some grotesque GM experiment gone horribly wrong.

I am not totally picky, if I had a choice between eating a tomato or sherbet or not eating, I'd eat.

Sure I don't like liver(My mom didn't either), or pineapple by itself(includes most citrus), or insects(chocolate covered or not), otherwise I'm not too picky.

My nephew would not eat a sandwich w/o mayo, Me I don't mind.

And yes, I have grown tomatoes before.

Pasta sauce also falls into the highly processed category and is fine as long as it's not chunky (that restriction also applies to pizza). Tomatoes are the least of the things I don't like about chili. V8 is only good in the Fruit Blends versions, and that has too much sugar.

You really need to grow your own tomato or get them from a farmers market.
Fresh from the garden tomato are awesome tasting.

I used to grow tomatoes for my mother. She also got them from other people. I still found them very unpleasant.
