Since the general idea is to "maximize" my Seti production and I am not sure about what kind of "credits" I am actually getting via SetiBeta it occurred to me that maybe I should only be running SetiBeta upon request?

Any ideas on this.?

Credit paid at beta tends to be higher & more consistent, but here is where the actual work is being done.
Personally I only switch over to Beta when there is something new to be tested. Once it's determined that the application is OK, or it needs more work, then I move back to here on main.

No sense to continue beta until Eric loads new version with working graphics.
8.06 w/o graphics is tested already.

8.07(alt) (with graphics) was just announced. I just set my "get new tasks" to Y and am crunching again.
