ABORTION is NOT being Banned.

Anyone Hearing and Reading or Seeing Know Abortion is NOT being Banned.

There are 13 states who have already passed so-called "trigger laws" that will immediately go into effect to ban it if Roe v. Wade is tossed, so for those states this incorrect. There are also 9 more which have unenforced bans still on the books which will then become enforceable. We're up to 22 states which is only 3 away from half. I'm sure others will follow once the rescinding is official.

Still Open Season on Fetal Life.

Cysts and tumors are equally alive. Still awaiting the faux outrage about their removal.

Meanwhile millions of US Gilead women can soon live in fear of a visit from homicide with possible arrest, interrogation and maybe even some beatings and forced confessions and jail time and a death sentence or two to show the brood mares who runs things in Gawd's Country should anyone rat them out for having an uninduced miscarriage. Yep.

There are many other side effects to this decision other than simply the loss of abortion rights.

Violence Is All The Anti-Abortion Crowd Knows.

In the picture above this sentence, prosecutor Ann Swegle puts a finger to forehead during her closing argument to demonstrate how Scott Roeder murdered Dr. George Tiller, an abortion provider, in the foyer of Tiller’s Kansas church in 2009. Tiller was the last abortion provider to be murdered by anti-abortion zealots, but he was the not last person to experience violence at their hands. In the aftermath of the leaked Supreme Court opinion draft to overturn Roe v. Wade, rightwing reactionaries are trying to rewrite the violent history of the anti-abortion movement.

Don’t be fooled: Violence is the only thing the anti-abortion movement has ever known.

Rebecca Mansour, senior editor-at-large at Breitbart, attempted to dress down “the left” who are rightly angry at the news that the Supreme Court wants to overturn the right to abortion in America. “The freakout you are witnessing from the left is very instructive. When Roe was handed down 49 years ago, pro-lifers didn’t riot, didn’t call for SCOTUS to be burned down, didn’t threaten the lives of justices, didn’t try to stack the Court,” Mansour wrote on Monday.

While the anti-abortion crowd didn’t burn down SCOTUS, they did burn down the homes of abortion providers and abortion clinics. And it’s not just fire-related crimes. Since 1977, there have been at least 11 murders and 26 attempted murders of abortion providers. There have been 42 bombings of clinics and homes. There are 194 incidents of arson, including an empty Planned Parenthood in Tennessee in December.

The National Abortion Federation, which has the most extensive tracking system of these incidents, also reported “thousands of incidents of criminal activities directed at abortion providers” since 1977. This could mean the 2015 shooting in Colorado Springs that left three people dead and wounded nine others. This could mean the trespassing charges laid against anti-abortion protesters who invade clinics and harass patients and staff alike. In the past decade, there have been nearly 6,000 incidents of “trespassing,” including the people charged on suspicion of invading a D.C. clinic last October.

The anti-abortion movement has been built on the violent belief that abortion is wrong. One of the oldest anti-abortion groups had the slogan “If you believe abortion is murder, act like it’s murder,” adapted from zealot Randall Terry’s false belief that abortion is murder. In the 80s, anti-abortion demonstrators got creative, pouring glue into abortion clinics’ locks and further interrupting healthcare services by chaining themselves to clinic doors.....
[edit] And then there's idiot brainwave.

Newsmax Genius Accuses Ketanji Brown Jackson of Leaking the SCOTUS Draft.

Which would be impossible for her to do seeing she still has to enter the building as yet.

The counter to this is going to be a state abortion ban referendum on the federal ballots.

On July 2, 1776 when the Declaration was done and for many years after, the father could abort the child until the twenty first year after birth. Since the GOP so loves the founders, adopt that as the standard.

Is There NO VIOLENCE in KILLING an In-the Womb BABY at 9 Months; 8 Months; 7 Months; 6 Months.........X Months

Late-term abortions exceedingly rare, doctors won't do them unless required (ie to save the mother's life or if the fetus would die anyway) but they were nevertheless already outlawed in 43 states anyway.

There is a huge ethical difference between causing the death for no compelling reason of a fetus that could survive as a baby with medical assistance, and a rape victim's undifferentiated blastocyst the size of a grain of sand, and this is the critical point: the laws almost universally don't take this into consideration. They don't consider the life of the mother, or the life or development or viability of the fetus, or how it got there... they just blanket ban pregnancy termination at all stages. This shows that they are not there to "protect babies" or any other BS explanation but simply to enforce religiously-based nonsense that babby seed was made by magic sky beardman and who are we to interfere with it etc. etc.

So if the leek is accurate then presumably there is going to be an increase of deliveries containing mifepristone and misoprostol by the USPS.

When the Texas antiabortion law became effective in September, Aid Access volume statistics, found that requests for pills jumped from a baseline of about 11 a day before the law passed, to 137 per day in the first week after passage. From October through December, requests were nearly 30 per day.

I predict that anti-states will make rapid pregnancy tests wi-fi and GPS enabled to report positive results to a invasive database to prosecute miscarriages.

And yet those hypocrites that go on about freedoms being their constitutional right are the same 1's that want to remove freedoms from their fellow citizens.

[edit] And they're coming after the pills next.

Next battle over access to abortion will focus on pills.

As the reputation of the SCOTUS goes down the drain with further leaks (I wonder if they'll find any of Donny's missing docs down there) the crazy moron nutters are back to doing their hate filled criminal actions.

Fire at Wisconsin anti-abortion office investigated as arson.

A Male and Female AWARE of What Can Happen when they Have Unprotected Sex. They COPULATE Unprotected.

Conception Occurs. They Knew it Was Possible, Yet Did It Anyways. They DID NOT WANT a Pregnency.

Outside of the (obviously) rare instances where people use abortion as a form of birth control, does this mean that first-trimester abortions for rape, incest, fetal unviability, contraceptive failure, or mortal danger to the health of the mother (ie ectopic pregnancy) are acceptable?

I ask as once again your narrative vastly oversimplifies as if there are no other circumstances.

By the way, the proposed Louisiana bill, contrary to your assertion that no one will lose this right, also doesn't recognize any of these justifications. If a woman has an ectopic pregnancy in Louisiana, her two alternatives will be death, or her and her doctor being charged with murder (oh, that could lead to death there too, of course.) Brought to you by the party of freedumb and small government of course.

How 'bout this: If the woman chooses to about, it is the fault of the male for not being loving and supporting enough, so he is the one tried for murder. Sounds as correct as anything the zealots spout.

How about a death sentence for men who father unwanted children?
