G'morning everyone, from a very frosty start in the highlands down under.

Well the weekend is gone and the working week gets underway, but Beer O'clock will return in 4.5hrs.

Cheers.

well to tell you the truth I had a great time seeing the G grand kids and my daughter BUT flying into her town I had a coronary on the plane and darn near died, lost 2 days and 4 days in the hospital. I was totally out cold. They wouldn't let me on the plane to come home so my daughter had to drive me home 1300 miles. I did get to exit the plane first and the rescue med, carried me out. What a way to start a vacation.
Cheers everybody

That's not the way to have a holiday Grant, but it's good to hear from you (take the bus or train next time).

I will have a couple of beers for you in a few hours though. ;-)

Cheers.

Your right Wiggo, it all started out feeling bit funny going to the airport and then down hill the rest of the way.
we landed and about all I remember until about 50 hours later.with my daughter standing over me.
my mouth was so dry all I wanted then was a beer. LOL

she works at that hospital and i think I got a little better treatment.

G'morning everyone, from another cold and miserable morning in the highlands down under.

Beer O'clock maybe replaced by Rum O'clock here again today (it's just 2.5hrs away), but alcohol is alcohol, it's just the strength changes. ;-)

Have a good day.

Cheers.

Oh I'm home Gordon, this was 3 1/2 weeks ago and the airline wouldn't let me fly home.
My daughter had to drive me 1300 + miles with 20 bottles of air home.
she just called me to say she made it home okay.
Cheers everybody
