Dog would just love that Grant, she could round them up all day long (she is a sheep dog after all), but I doubt that the sheep would get much time off to do much eating. :-D

Cheers.

After a few hours I now have the dining part of the room ready for washing down, but now I'm going to have some brunch before going up the hill for a few beers and catch up on what's been happening around the village.

Cheers.

G'day everyone, from a warm day in the highlands down under.

Well I've finally got the dining area of the house washed down so I'm going to enjoy a couple of beers until it's dry.

Cheers.

Afternoon all, a very hot day in Adelaide atm 45 c with a change coming in, time to sink a few icy cold beers.

After a day of more cleaning I'm enjoying a couple of lagers while watching the Pink Test and the temp here has reached 29C (whether we get to our expected max of 30C or not is yet to be seen), but I'll soon be off to a BBQ.

Cheers.

G'morning everyone, from a rapidly warming morning in the highlands.

Well I finally got the family room ready for a wash down, which I'll do when "office hours" are over and hopefully have it done by Beer O'clock, but I doubt that I'll get much more than that done as we're expected a max of 33C here today (they're expecting over 40C at the bottom of the hill) so I'll be looking for a cool spot to relax in before it gets that far.

Anyhow, it's time for another coffee.

Cheers.

G'morning everyone, from another warm start in the highlands here.

Well things didn't go as planned yesterday with too many visitors turning up here, but hopefully I'll get that family room washed down today.

Cheers.

get beer. I know someone that can pick some up for me though/ But I really like to pick them
out myself.

when it's beer thirty you'd like to have one in hand. LOL

G'morning everyone, as we here in the highlands wait for the storms to return today.

Well I finally got another floor mopping done to the family room (without going ass up this time), but going by the water it'll need another mop yet. Yep the fall didn't do me any favours as by the afternoon my legs were losing contact with the brain so 3 falls later had me in bed bandaged and strapped up.:-(

Anyhow I'm hobbling around a lot better today so a few trips to the beer fridge in a couple of hours should be possible. :-)

Cheers.

Well, I've had a couple different Meads, and they are akin to a beer/wine cousin, made with fermented honey. I like them.

I would think it take one hell of a lot of honey to make up a batch.

you know those honey bears in the store, well I was out looking for some for a recipe . You know they wanted about $4 for a small one? NO WAY

My Dad had bee's and was good at it but me? got stung so many times I can't go near them today.

@Wiggo
I hear you on the fall. I had a good tumble myself. Walking the dog. Going down the front porch steps and the dog pulled me off balance. I managed to get to the ground okay. Still off balance and stepping and fetching. I lost the battle and landed on my right side going head over heels in a ungraceful roll. Glad the ground was soft where I crashed and burned. No damage done except for some ouching and some evil thoughts at the dog.
