I chose iced tea instead of beer, tonight. Should've gone with a few beers. Tea was a dumb idea, and so now I can't get to sleep.

G'morning everyone, from a bright and sunny start to Xmas Day in the highlands down under.

I just thought that I'd pop in before I pop off to today's places of festivities around the village (well at least until the expected wet'n'wild weather arrives here later in the afternoon).

Have a great day all.

Cheers.

Well Wiggo it looks like you have well in hand there, I hope your day was great fun.

And also you Mike, even though I'm home alone I'd take a good steak anytime, Merry Chirstmas.

G'morning everyone, from a sunny (but soggy) start in the highlands down under.

Well I did keep 2 appointments yesterday, but the 3rd was cancelled due to wild weather that arrived here late in the afternoon and continued throughout the night and into the morning leaving 53mm and some very big puddles behind (more of the same is expected again today).

Anyhow I better finish clearing the last of the Xmas Day mess away so that I can get on with the Boxing Day celebrations.

Cheers.

Well I have had a pretty good one myself. my daughter sent me a electric blanket which came in great last night since we was cold around here. (I never run the heater in the house)

That beer I had "Drink by Christmas" was some darn good beer. I hope I can find it again soon.

I'm not to sure I want Wagyu steaks. The cost of the meat and the ultra high fat content of the top end steaks are beyond my likes. But if you know or want to know more. Here is a link for more information. Japanese Wagyu Beef

Over the holidays some one decided to steal around 450 empty kegs from a brewery in Germany. Danimal's answer was. I guess they wanted some "light" beer.

G'morning everyone, from a dull overcast start in the highlands down under.

Well bottling action will be taking place here this morning as another 72 bottles cry out for filling (at least I won't be in the house today continuing the massive clean up).

I hope that everybody enjoys the long weekend and the beer is cold.

Cheers.

G'morning everyone, as we here in the highlands are about to be rained on yet again.

I finished bottling about noon yesterday Grant and then I went straight to the pub for a few beers, then came home to put everything away before having a shower and then going back to the pub. :-D

Anyhow Saturday Beer O'clock is still 5hrs away so I better go and do a bit more house cleaning.

Cheers.
