This one is suppose to go 0.6 miles 1/2 miles is too far for me to see anyway, the law here you can't go over 400 feet up other wise you have a have a licence . My nearest airport is about 10 miles away and I could see the problem going to high.

All I want it to do is fly back to the house and fetch me another brew. LOL

G'morning everyone, from a cool start start in the highlands down under.

Well 1 more floor mop and I can put the laundry back together, along with a few things that have been taking up room in my shed, but I will have to do a quick trip into town this morning for another month's worth of pills.

With a bit of luck I'll also get to make a start on the kitchen today which is the last room I have to do before the weekend gets here.

Anyhow, it's time for another coffee break before I grab the mop and bucket.

Cheers.

After my trip into town and another floor mop I've finally got the laundry finished as well as the stuff out of my shed that belongs in there so now I'm enjoying a few unfettered beers.

Cheers.

the Oxycodone pills comes by UPS and have to sign for it, the other just us mail.
Now if I could get my beer that way I wouldn't have to leave the house. LOL

I think I'll crack open a bottle of St. Austell's 'Proper Black' (a black IPA) and drink a toast to the wonderful Dolores O'Riordan. I noticed that 'Stargate' mentioned Mildura. The first time I got slightly inebriated, was courtesy of helping myself to some Mildura Sherry that my father had, when I was about 9!

G'morning everyone, from a very foggy start in the highlands down under.

Well I was hoping to have the kitchen done yesterday, but a constant stream of visitors saw the end of that, so I'm hoping to get the job finished this morning before Beer O'clock arrives.

Other than my banged up left knee I seem to have recovered from the rest of the injuries that my tumble last week gave me and hopefully the knee will be right next week.

Anyhow, I better go and get back into it so I'll be able to enjoy the weekend.

Cheers.

Tell you what wiggo these bones can't take any of that these days, it's a wonder that I can still walk.

My radio tower work took the most out of me, never get me up a big one again.

I'll sit on the ground under and a shade tree and a cold beer in hand too boot. :-)
Cheers everybody

Well I'm just taking a coffee break here as I've finally got the kitchen ready for its wash down and without any interruptions so far this morning.

I hear you there Grant, some days are an effort just to get out of bed to start with.

Cheers.

G'morning everyone, from a sunny Deepwater Cup Day.

Well my race weekend guests have settled into the house well (so all my blood, sweat 'n' tears didn't go to waste) and they're already to go punting on the horses (they still have 2hrs for the gates to open yet).

Anyhow, while the races are on a group of us uninterested 1's will be having a BBQ and beer day here (set to kick off in 3hrs) instead of baking in the sun watching horses run around a circle. :-D

Cheers.
