A man has successfully checked in a can of beer as his only luggage on a domestic flight in Australia.

LOL:)

I wonder if the can was full while being off loaded? LOL
One would think he would have it as a carry on instead to go along with those peanuts they give out, LOL
Cheers everybody

No. But the can arrived, tagged and unopened, as the first item on the baggage carousel at Perth Airport after a four-hour journey from Melbourne.
I can guess that VB will play this song again.
I would:)

G'morning everyone, from a sunny start in the highlands down under.

Or perhaps stick your head in to the ground like an Emu.

Janne it ostriches that stick their heads in the ground, not emus (they just run like hell instead). ;-)

Anyhow, Monday Beer O'clock is just 2hrs away here.

Cheers.

G'morning everyone, as office hours here begin on an unusually warm morning in the highlands.

Well yesterday turned out to be a rather busy 1 as everywhere that I went there was a job to be done. :-(

Hopefully Beer O'clock will be in here in a bit over 3hrs, but I'm waiting for 2 laptops with problems to turn up so it maybe an hour later.

Cheers.

G'morning all, after the outrage.

Well seeing as I was working downstairs in the shed yesterday (and the ceiling fan had it at a nice 25C down there) I decided to have a look at a PC that was given to me with a lobotomised hard drive and I decided to install Mint Cinnamon on it and so far so good (it might be a solution to all the Vista hardware turning up here lately), but there's still a few things to sort out 1st before I offer it to people around here.

Anyhow that might not get sorted out today as it's barely 17C down there today and it's 7C (feels like 0C) outside with things expected to go downhill by Beer O'clock with snow possible in the surrounding hills, Rum O'clock I think will be the order of today.

Cheers.

So Wiggo a little nippy down under? Well spring for you is coming soon and I just know you have enough beer stored to get you through it. LOL

Been pretty warm here but today the temp went down about 10 degrees for a change.

I could use one of those beers of yours about now.
Cheers everybody

My wife is sore and sleeping from laser iris surgery, and we both slept most of the day.
It's time to wake up with a few beers!

Yes, a frosty mug of any beer would be good right now. I love the places that chill the glasses first.

Well if I left my beer out last night it'd certainly be frosty now, -5C (feels like -9C) here this morning. :-O

It should warm up though by Beer O'clock which is still a bit over 5hrs away.

Cheers.

I didn't think it ever got that cold there. One of the pizza places near me has a chilled strip on the bar where people can set their beers.

It's now down to -6C (feels like -10C), but -14C (felt like -19C) has been the coldest morning that I've ever gone through here in the highlands down under Gordon (it also snows here now and again too, even in summer). ;-)

I still don't have a bar, but I might have to look into that chilled strip thingy if I ever build 1. :-)

Cheers.
