I have posted twice on the BOINC message board to try to get some help with this problem, to no avail. I'm at my wit's end. I just installed the latest BOINC for Mac (v7.6.34 v3) and I still can't get rid of an error message that says: << BOINC suspended; CPU busy.>> I'm running El Capitan on an iMac. I have been running SETI@Home (since 2002) without any problems -- until the current file that seems to refuse to do anything further. This has been going on with a file I got in January, roughly 2 hours into the file. It has about 59 mins. remaining to finish the calculations. The file was due back in March. It's now May. The file won't finish and it won't delete itself and give me a new file. My Preferences do not request that BOINC be suspended for any reason. How do I overcome this obstacle? Thanks much.
