Yes. But your national song is very hard to sing. Jimi Hendrix tried once. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKvnQYFhGCc And Trump of course. Another "National Song" in Manchester and London. We stand United as Zlatan does:) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RiB9Ug37X_8 |

Yes. I like the Russian anthem. Very nice song that I heard many times. And it's easy to sing:) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qH2uuUY-6B4 Oops. They have added some more lyrics to the end. "Glory to Vladimir. We are proud of you" LOL:) But which Vladimir? The first that was a Swedish Viking with the name Valdemar? Anyway. He is now a statue in both Kiev Ukraine and Moscow Russia. Hilarious:) Oh dear. Putin shed some tears. Like it and I think where his thought was. Leningrad today Saint Petersburg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvMU0m9Ppyg |

Yes. I like the ones from France(La Marseillaise(Lyrics in French & English, 5:20)), and from the unofficial anthem of Australia(Waltzing Matilda(Lyrics, 3:58)). Savoir-Faire is everywhere! The T1 Trust, T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, America's First HST |

I like the ones from France(La Marseillaise(Lyrics in French & English, 5:20)), and from the unofficial anthem of Australia(Waltzing Matilda(Lyrics, 3:58)). So do I:) Waltzing Matilda is perhaps not so well known up here. Yes it's an unofficial anthem but Australia sang it when holding the Olympic Games there in 2000:) Great pick zoom314! And how about this? Mireille Mathieu singing La Marseillaise https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIxOl1EraXA Vive la France! |

In 2005, USS Ronald Reagan, a newly constructed $6.2 billion dollar aircraft carrier, sank after being hit by multiple torpedoes. The Admiral responsible! Fortunately, this did not occur in actual combat, but was simulated as part of a war game pitting a carrier task force including numerous antisubmarine escorts against HMS Gotland, a small Swedish diesel-powered submarine displacing 1,600 tons. Yet despite making multiple attacks runs on the Reagan, the Gotland was never detected. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeCvnt3YlkA |

But your national song is very hard to sing. One of the best for singing is the unofficial Scottish anthem. As a song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7YhtLXry60 And as an anthem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBKnhdYIStQ The original version recorded in 1968: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XiyLuv3GSs4 And many, many more - follow the YouTube links. |

Must be from then Scotland and Sweden was allies fighting in Germany in the 30 year war. Here are some real Scot anthems! And easy to sing as well:) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oBYVmnMFMtA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkLXOWimMY8 |

Must be from when Scotland and Sweden was allies fighting in Germany in the 30 year war.I think it refers back to the (first) English invasion of Scotland (1298) under the command of King Edward the First of England (Edward Longshanks). The Scots have long memories. |

Today was not exactly what you would call fun. Yesterday was rather less so. If I say polyethylene glycol-electrolyte solution, does that give anyone a hint what I was doing? [edit] Before I did that yesterday, I went to the bank and paid off the last few hundred bucks on my car loan. I am now at my lowest debt level in probably 20 years or more.
