Snake bites man, man bites wife

A sleeping man in India was bitten by a lethally venomous snake. When he awoke realized that he was going to die he bit into his wife's arm in an attempt to spread the venom so they could die together.

The man did end up dying but his wife was saved by doctors because there was still time to treat her.

The incident happened in Birsingpur village in the Samastipur district.

According to Gulf News, Shankar Rai went up to his wife Amiri Devi and bit her hands saying that he loved her very much and wanted to depart this world together.
They reportedly both fell unconscious and were rushed to a hospital.

Devi said her husband wanted them to remain united in the afterlife.

Doesn't this company know how to do anything right?

They probably don't, but this wasn't American Airlines. The responders worked for Alina Medical, and I expect they were more concerned with trying to save her than with her state of dress. Paramedics get my vote every time. Their jobs are difficult both emotionally and physically, often dangerous, and generally thankless. They are true heroes.

Those " paramedics " didn't seam to be showing much respect for the body . In this country even the dead are handled with respect , if it was anyone in my family they " delt " with like that the paramedics WOULD be needing hospital treatment thenself and ain't joking around !!!

The best solution would have been to leave the poor lady in the toilet, deplane the passengers & then deal with the body in a respectful manner.

In today's society, it seems common sense has fallen by the wayside :-(

I might get some flak for this. But if the woman had to be removed before the passengers. Could they have gotten a few blankets and wrapped her up. And carried her mortal body off the plane.

Probably, but that would make it even more difficult to remove the body.

Whatever they did would be considered the wrong thing to do.
The best thing would have been as was suggested earlier- leave the body in the toilet. Once all the passengers were off the plane, then deal with the body.
