I have a SETI account that was attached to a hotmail account that was closed down and I CANNOT access. Anyway to merge my old to my new account??

Only if it was a Classic account with the Seti points on it - so not credit!
BOINC accounts cannot be merged for security reasons.

If you're sure it's a Classic account, you can try to use https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/sah_classic_link.php
If it's a BOINC account, let it go.
