Could someone point me to a thread that explains how the "statistics" tab of the Bonic relates to the Work Unit put through / day? When it talks about "average units / host" is that per day or per week?

I think the numbers it is posting are the results of my "verified credits" per task? Over how long a period?

I think I understand, but I would like to review the details

Thanks,

It just shows the RAC of the host computer or User RAC. It can show either the individual project RAC for host or combined. The RAC is based on completed work units and credit awarded. It does not show the number of work units completed per day. You need BoincTasks to show that on the Projects > Tasks a Day or Tasks per Week tabs.

Unless you have modified save_stats_days in a cc_config.xml the default period is 30 days.
The days should be listed along the bottom of the graph.

The graph is generated from each projects statistics_PROJECT.xml file.

I'm missing something. Are you talking about in the Bonic client under the "tasks" tab.? I see a "work done" and an "avg work done" but no indication of "tasks / day" or "tasks / week"? So I am missing something.

The other thing to note is that the limit for the save_stats_days is 24,855. That's what I have both of mine set for. One machine's stats goes all the way back to 08.Oct.08.

BonicTasks is a great program for more details about task BOINC is (or has) processed.

If your interested in the daily throughput of your host and it runs a Windows OS then you may want to check out SETISpirit.

Does Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly graphing based on BOINCs stdoutdae.log which can be archived
Summarises the number of detections found in WUs you have analysed. SETISpirit records this seperately from BOINC.
