Have I mentioned here that my best friend's daughter went to Hawaii with her boyfriend and he proposed last night? After asking several times if he was serious, she said yes. He had already spoken to her parents, not exactly asking their permission but if they had any objections. Right at the end of the video. some old bat can be heard off screen asking "Do they know what she's having?" (She isn't.) None of this has any direct bearing on me, except that eventually I will be invited to a wedding. My nephew invited everyone and Me to His 1st wedding, that ended in divorce, she's still in His place until September, though My nephew is living elsewhere and had gotten married again, this time it was just a civil wedding at the court house. Posting here because I haven't posted in here for quite awhile... (As best I can recall...) Posting before dinner. (Homemade cashew chicken stir fry.) Hello everyone. I've been posting in Word Link; but, have neglected this Thread for quite awhile. I've been reading and lurking, though. I hope everyone is doing well. I'm still crunching Einstein on the MAC/Hackintosh, and my AMD A6-6400K systems. My parents' system is crunching SETI for me. (RAC will be below 1000 due to this; until the upcoming WOW challenge. It is most definitely summer here. The valve handle on my shower has retreated all the way down to about 1:30 from its winter setting of 10:30. And if I'm coming in after a long, hot day, I might go as low as 3:00 to cool down. I'm on a Virgin Mobile 3G connection, 4G is available, next to the stupid fwy... At least until July 10th, I'm up to about 1893MB of 6000MB(6GB I think), an expensive connection @ $58, just so I can get Spectrum internet at $14.99 at 30/4 or 30/5, which comes out to $15.83 I've read, from someone elses bill that I saw, important details marked out of course.
